Easy to use UI. Works very well, with multiple IPs per state (or country) it also picks the most optimized IP for your internet if that interests you. Also any information you would want on how the VPN is set up is readily available on boot up so you won't need to search around and can set in the background to do it's job and get back to what you want to do.

As always the best VPN in the market, except... not gonna lie, it has been too damn buggy lately: the icon on the status bar gets stuck too frequently, the app itself sometimes doesn't wanna respond very well, and now most of the times I'm having difficulty connecting it... I have to turn on and off the VPN until it finally connects. I don't know what you did, but please fix this soon. Thanks!

It's a great vpn if you are looking for a free vpn, it provides better connection, more servers available as compared to any free vpn but the issue i am facing recently is it automatically disconnect and i have to open the app and reconnect it again. It happens alot. I'm using Windscribe chrome extension on my laptop and it works perfectly but android app got some issues. Please fix it as soon as possible. It's so annoying when you are surfing and you have to open the app and reconnect again.

I have tried several VPNs through the years but this one is full of bugs. I have to try several times just to log in on my Android 11 device and when I was able to finally log in it just won't connect. It says "All nodes are disabled, server list not ready, check internet connection etc." What made my jaws drop though was when I submitted a ticket it displayed a failure to submit ticket error!! But when I paid for the subscription before all these, it was swift to receive my payment, bugs-free!

Through IP address check I am unable to verify if VPN is working / if the IP address has been changed. I've tried multiple times through an independent other app that checks that IP address. For my random use of a VPN for certain situations, I cannot independently verify through another app that this is working.

So, You finally did it! You fixed the double logo glitch, you fixed only 1 GB data glitch, and made working with this app way easier! So you may ask, why do I have a 4 star rating? Well that's because sometimes when I open the app to connect, it says no connection. So I would be very happy if you fix that too! Thanks for fixing the problems that were acquired in the previous update!

I have 2 devices, but only one is allowed to login. My older device won't even allow login. There are times that it automatically disconnects and won't connect again in different servers. This is just getting worse.

This worked once with MLB app, then was blocked. I paid for a full year to get the discount and canceled after 1 week since I didn't have use for it. They are refusing to refund me anything at all after paying for a year and only using it for 2 weeks. I would only do their month to month, but NEVER prepay an entire year. Customer service is awful and lacking.

I switched phones, kept my same account and at the beggining i could connect but now it's just useless. It is not connecting. HEEEEEELLLLLLP!!!!! Update: App isn't connecting, very unstable. It's really good when it works but only then, and when it happens.

The app works as advertised but that's not the problem. The problem for me is unsubcribing. It's nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. You are forced to give them a reason or you can't unsubscribe. Even if you give one they'll say its too short, give more details.. I mean urgh... Its a trap. There's nothing I regret more right now. I've been trying for 3 weeks now. My only option now is to cancel the credit card itself

Been using this VPN service for several years now: their Windows, macOS, Linux and Android apps, sometimes their Chrome and Firefox extensions. Today is the first time I had an issue connecting to their VPN, through the Android app, well guess what — reinstalled and it's working again. Keep it up guys, we love you!

What did you do to this great app??? I updated it and everything turned to a mess. When I open the app I see two logos on eachother like shadows instead of one logo. When I want to disconnect, it doesn't. When it eventually disconnects, its button still circling. When I change the connection mode to auto, it still stays on my manual setting. I deleted my 5star rating and I give 1star until you fix it again.

It works very nicely but there are very few free countries to choose from, I wish there was at least free trial or like a tiny pack of 100MB to use for premium countries each month. That would encourage to keep this app on my phone and use it. (I came back only because I got convinced by humorous emails)

I don't understand. This app was so good. Now it's only showing two logos both at the same time indicating that something is definitely wrong with the update and it doesn't even show any servers to connect! Please fix this...

If you have any issues after updating the app simply wait for a week and keep sending debug log as often as you can There log out and login back Forgot your password? Last update is causing loss of connection. Eventhough it seems as if the mobile is connected to the Internet with windscribe active it can not access the Internet. Unfortunately there is no alert or anything when the connection is lost.

Recently (last few weeks) I have to disconnect and reconnect to windscribe every time I change wifi connections or change between wifi and lte. Very annoying bug! Windscribe used to handle these transitions flawlessly!

Edit: its still one of the best vpns out there for sure....It's gone down hill fast ever since they were bought out by this new company which seems scary. They aren't like the old owners. They are seem like they are up to no good. Be afraid be very afraid 😨 edit it was an April fools joke. Not funny. But yeah the app seems to heat up my phone more than usual. I Uninstall the app and my phone is fine . I can't even charge my phone when the app is on my phone.

I like Windscribe however the app continues to force a connection when I'm not even requesting it: it seems to do this every 12 hours with my attempts at stopping it failing. According to my firewall, Windscribe is also making more pings than my other VPN providers when disabled.

Everytime we turn VPN on from notification bar(control center), It doesn't connect to previous country that we choose. It connects to Frankfurt automatically. Please fix this ❤️

Works well and the free monthly allowance is ample for casual users. Heavy users can upgrade too. there seems to be a shortcut delay now in the quick settings.

New bug: After exiting the VPN, the "Connecting to ___" notification still shows and keeps counting up. Clicking Disconnect on the notification does nothing. Starting and stopping from the app or Quick Settings Tile does nothing either. Only way to stop is force closing it. Interestingly, clicking Disconnect in the notification while VPN is on works fine, it only has this issue if you exit from the app or Quick Settings.

This app is working perfectily and after some weeks i have used the app i dont experience any problem with it and just a few hours i open the app and it says all nodes are disable and i reload it and it says error loading server list i feel disapointed i delite the app and reinstall it and it still saying the same thing pls you guy are doing well but fix this problem fast before you guy will loss all your users , i will rate the app 5 star when the problem is fixed thanks.

Good at first but now it barely connects and when it dose the connection Is really bad it is a super laggy experience (I'm on the same wifi I have been on for the hole time when it was working) now it is just super slow and lagged.

My username is brmaildrcom. A PAID customer for 3 years using it with NO problems. Ever since they came up with their so called updated software and app 2 months ago I started getting emails saying that "I needed to change my password" becase I was "sharing my account" with "friends", thats a LIE! I dont share my account with nobody. When I complaint they told me to "delete" all sessions and that would fix it, another LIE, mails never Stopped. TODAY I cant login because of "suspicious" activity.
