Wine It Up

Wine It Up is a tool that helps you to choose the right wine for your food.

The concept is very simple:

We need to know the main ingredient of your dish, the method of cooking (when that counts) and how the food is seasoned (when it is seasoned)

And that is all!

You will have a choice of 3 or 4 wines.
They are from different countries, but you will always find one form Italy, one from France, one form the rest of Europe and one from the new world.

About the wine we will provide you basic but very important information:

- The country, that gives to the wine its style
- The grape variety, that gives to the wine the main carachteristics
- The vintage that can enhance or soften some of the wine catachteristics (acidity/softness/tannings)

With those basic information you can choose your wine in your local supermarket, favourite wine shop, wine bar or restaurant, knowing that a team of professional sommeliers suggested you the best pairing for your food.
