New user, wanted to ship the item, no one came to pickup the parcel, no one even called to say when it will be collected. Called customer service, was waiting 10 min in the queue for the call, once my turn, I was simply disconnected, called again, the same thing happened. I'm not sure what is worse, courier service or call center. Disaster, dont bother to install the app.
good for nothing. booked my first pick up through the app (with Skynet) wherein it confirmed delivery within 24 hrs. Frustratingly, 2 days have passed and the package has not even been picked up yet. Surprised that Amazon brand is associated with this crappy app.
Thai app is almost useless, I cant even put my feedback on the services of courier companies, I thought Amazon would have done a good job, but this one is way behind the expectations, very disappointed.
There is no proper transaction account to show you the amount collected for cash on delivery service and the amount due that you can withdraw. Also, taking too many days to collect and ship the products to customer. Had bad experience till now.
Absolutely horrible system, the order didn't get even get picked up, and after calling the customer service several times, still no response. They always say they'll call back but don't. Absolutely horrible
Raised a request to pickup the parcel, but no action has been taken. We even called the customer service to remind them but again no one appeared to collect. We lost our time and important parcel due to their unprofessional behaviour. Very very disappointed.
app need so much work. it's not sending otp, i am unable to find airway bill, support system is also very slow. so much neede to improve.
3 weeks passed I did not recieve the money from my delivery. Nobody to contact accept email which never replay. So my amount of cash just got missing. Deleted this app, I do not trust you guys ever anymore and will not reccomend ! Unprofessional !
Worst service I have ever seen ... how this can be an amazon Co ... I'm on call right now from the last 53 Minutes ... and they are not picking up my call ... want to give -10 stars if have any option like this ...
First time to use this app, but my account was registered a year ago, it wont verify my phone number. No verification code receive, so many times. Please do something!
Very troublesome I spent hours arguing with the driver about my identification,i mean if I have already paid for a product and all the credentials check out I deserve a smooth finish. Very rude drivers as well unprofessional.
bad☹️ i ordered pants but they gave wrong size and style and untill now they didn't call me to change even i called them also to the delivery man,after delivery i told them that i got a wrong order and they said don't worry they will check then after that waiting i ask them again☹️ i can't send them a message. It will take them days or weeks to resolve issues. They had taken money from my customers and till now they havent given it back after 3-4calls the issue is still not resolve. They will tell you they will call you back after an hour, but dont expect.

Wing ksa customer service are the worst!!! I called to schwdule at pick up on my an item that i want to rrturned but they are refusing it! she doesn't even listed to me!!! Educate your staffs!!!
By far one of the worst and unintuitive app I've ever used. There is no support by phone. And esmails go unanswered. Very frustrating! With this level of service , not sure why they even bothered! will try another courier. The fact the FBS hasn't been changed to FBA is a good indication of how little they care about this app!
