On my phone it will not let me go on to the next step. it keeps saying try again or incorrect. what am i suppose to do? be frustrated and keep trying. i only have 2 days to get my training done and its not working on my phone and i have no clue if i can get it on my laptop. this app is not very helpful if u can't get to the next step.
Trying on a different mobile device still having the same problems with update and installing into my new phone very inconvenient and frustrating.

Glitches alot need to be improved to allow for use on android. Says push enter which is not an option without a keyboard. Has been updated which is good but still does not work on android as Well as it could. Also in some test should not be allowed to go back and re enter answers but does.

Ur tech support needs to redo there codings on this I'm trying to move up and can't because this crashes or won't load audio won't play slides aren't moving this is a basic app tht shouldn't have these problems
Can't ever log in more than once after calling to have password reset.
Did not let me log in for some reason my boss gave me the password to log in did not work for some reason

I had to skip a lesson because it would not let me go forward with the lesson and when I tried anything else it said I was wrong. I waited for the exit button to appear but it did not. Very frustrating considering I can get a raise for completing it, but i can't even complete the first lesson. Audio does not work well and when i try to repeat what was said in a part of the lesson it will not let me.
