The worst airline in terms of website. You can literally do nothing on their website because it throws more errors than other apps in my life. One star for WhatsApp support that is great
Amazing. It does not let me pay for the extra luggage I will be carrying...and on top of that, it does not allow me to do online check in because I have an outstanding balance! So I pay more, both for the luggage at the counter and due not having done check in.... Genius
The only way this app could be worse is if it would not open. No wait...that would be better because it would not be a waste of time. It is slow, buggy, and constantly tricks you into buying upgrades
As bad as the communication through the call Center. They only give you promos but not the important info regarding covid regulations. Then you arrive yo the airport and, surprise!!!! You cannot travel

Absolutely impossible to use. Page failures, errors, payment process problems. Why bother with this piece of $h1t app? Rather delete it and make people use your useless web page until you can put up a decent application!
If you experience problems paying on wingos website like I did using an international credit card, using the app was easy and the payment went through 1st time

Difficult to use. Just the website in the app. Useless app. A shame that a Copa Holdings airlines has this kind of app.

The app is not working in English. The app seem to be trying to access some strings, but can't find them. It's not possible to change to Spanish either... and the issue persists as of today.
