I just downloaded the app, thought I would be able to get a car but it was asking for the flight number and all, I didn't understand the concept until I read the app store description and a few reviews. I entered my info but it said flight didn't exist. Pretty primitive UX, just uninstalled it, not smooth at all.
I scheduled a ride 2 days in advance and was only informed 2.5 hours prior to my pick up that no drivers were available. Not reliable.
Can't add a payment. No explanation, just a disabled save button.
I downloaded this app to be a driver. What makes it think we are all wanna be passengers? A no go for me.

Description should just say "must book at least 120 min prior to arrival".

The app is competitive with other Rideshare companies as a rider. My concern is I havecapplied to become driver since 2016. No one has ever communicated with me after I applied 3-4 times. I livev in the SF Bay Area. Will someone at Wingz accept. and onboard me?
Booked a driver for ride to the airport. He took the rush hour traffic route because apparently they don't do toll roads. The app doesn't have any intelligence to tell you that you should add an extra hour to your drive time due to taking the worst possible route. Hope I make my flight.
Comically bad app UI. No price estimate. My test booking disappeared as soon as I made it; doesn't show up anywhere anymore.
I downloaded the app to become a driver, there are no settings for drivers. You need to develop a driver's application.
Attempted to sign up for driving opportunity for this company. No way to sign up to become a reliable driver.
The app works well for managing communications between driver and rider and integrates smoothly with Waze for navigation.

Booked ride in advance, driver came 35 minutes late. Just get an Uber instead.

first time I used this type of service. called day before. driver verified pickup time, type of car, license plate number. Arrived right on time. Helped us load our luggage. drove carefully. very pleasant. will use again. Be sure and ask for Jesse.
How does one become a driver. I drive for lyft and uber currently.
Fine when it works, but lots of weird bugs. For example: booked a ride while in a different time zone, and now every time I try to book another ride since returning home, it automatically changes the pickup time to account for the time zone I'm no longer in. Can't tell what time the driver would get if I submitted this request. Really should just add the time zone to the app to clear this up.
I'm in Austin for ACL. Downloaded the app based on reviews I read. Got a discount code from one of the users, applied it and got a great deal on my ride saying it would arrive 40 min after I requested it. I had previously called a back up cab just in case. It actually arrived early but I made the mistake of turning it away because I wanted to give this service a shot for my future visits. Boy do I regret it! Driver didn't show up. I'm stuck now.
After half an hour of trying to book a ride I just gave up. The promo code they gave me didn't work and it didn't let me add my credit card. I think it has something to do with my OS but they don't tell you that!! they expect you to waste your time and figure it out on your own.
The app freezes. The first few times I opened the app, it would freeze, even after a restart on my phone. However, I tried using "Open" on "Play" and it worked and I didn't have any more problems. I scheduled my drive about 18 hours before I needed to be picked up for my early morning flight. My driver was a few minutes ahead of schedule, and he was friendly and professional. I had a great experience. I would recommend Wingz to other users.
