I highly always recommend ths app to all my friends and anyone who ever has a ticket and feels like they never have a chance of beating it. I have used this app for over 6+ years and its your best defense for when u feel defenseless against your tickets.
So far so good. It's not the best thing for someone like me that needs more direct support with a person, but it's a good app based on my minimal use of it. A better versed person might be able to write a more in depth review based on better understanding how to use this app, but so far I'm happy.
Excellent service! Ticket dismissed!! Got a ticket while visiting NYC and found these guys online. Simple way of submitting your ticket, paying them and then waiting..they keep you up to date throughout the whole process. Very happy because we already moved from the NY/NJ area and did not have to deal with any of this!
Usually tickets are not dismissed here in NYC. So I don't bother disputing them, but winIt fought for me. it was so easy I won the dispute. So instead of paying $95 for the ticket I paid winIt have that amount for winning the dispute. So worth it. Again here in NYC 9.9 times out of 10 you're guilty no matter what reason you give them. Happy I found winIt.

I'll be honest I was skeptical but it really works. I thought about paying the ticket but I said why not bc it's free to use. They were able to dismiss the ticket in less than a month. It was like getting something for free. I highly recommend using them
WinIt is greatest app ever for parking tickets as they do things automatically. I received a parking ticket but unfortunately it wasn't left on my wind shield. I wouldn't knew it until later. But luckily WinIt app detected it. So it save me from legal fees plus fines. I only have to pay. Once I found not Guilty. Also I had great news from WinIt lawyers got My Summon from NYPD dismissed It saved me money on insurance and 4 points. Thanks again winIt. 😊
Great experience have been using them for years. Sometimes they win sometimes they lose but they do work their hardest to get you off as long as you provide good solid evidence they work their best to get you Justice
I have had more successes with this app than I would have had without it. Despite having to pay for 1/2 the ticket if you win, the majority of times they win offset that cost & you pay less than if you were fighting on your own. The convenience of the digital format saves time & energy. I definitely recommend using it.
For some reason no matter what u do you r bound to get a few tickets a year. The system is set up that way, especially since there are so many cars on the street, and so few parking spaces. But with WinIt fighting on your behalf, you have about a 80% chance of beating it. Its a fantastic app. & after signing up there's nothing else for you to do. WinIt knows you have the ticket, they take care of everything without bothering you. The best app to have if you drive in NY.
Winit dismissed my ticket 2/4 times already which is not bad at all, better than paying full price. (You pay 1/2) You never know what the result may be so you might as well give it a go. You cant expect to always win people but honestly you have nothing to lose so might as well see what the results will be. Only downside is their fees are too high to pay the ticket within the app if it is not dismissed when you can simply go to the main parking tickets website after to pay it off and save money.
the ticket is $130. WinIt wants $150 for the lawyer and if they win the case I'll only pay half the ticket which is another $65. together $215 best case scenario. Not even sure what I'm paying here for... not getting points? I'll go for a plea and likely not get them anyway. this is dumb
WinIt is a great ticket fighting app! It was super easy to navigate and the customer service was amazing. They were reliable and communicative throughout the whole process. And of course, they went to court for me and won! I didn't have to pay my traffic ticket and didn't receive any points on my license, while WinIt did all the work! I have already recommended this app to many friends and relatives and would 100% use them again.
This app is great! They got a ticket dismissed that I thought wouldn't be able to be dismissed.
After I heard from all my friends about this amazing app. I did download it and submit my first ticket. that was great!! Win the first time . I did not have to submit any information or any documents. I just uploaded the ticket with a short explanation. Took few weeks but I received every week an update about the status of my ticket than final notice was dismissed and waved. It's always worth to try !!

As a busy professional, I have been using WinIt reliably for over a year. This is my #1 go-to source to fight all my tickets in NY. LEGIT APP! At first i was hesitant to use this because I though it wasnt possible for an app to fight a ticket for you. Anyway I tried it and got my hundred dollar ticket dismissed! awesome right? and even if you do lose, youll have some more time to pay for the ticket without getting a penalty. I recommend this app especially if youre in NYC where its almost impossible not to get a ticket. Great job guys, Cheers!
Honestly I didn't trust this app. Later on I found that it is best app for dismiss your tickets very easy way. You don't need to worry about anything. Just leave it on them, you will see the results.
I was summoned for parking in no standing anytime. Was convinced that I will have to pay as there is no excuse for parking in no standing area. 🤔 what do I loose for trying and let WinIt fight this ticket for me. Low & behold they Won! I saved $57.50. Great job team WinIt!!!

I have just started using this app. The first ticket I tried to fight with winit was a success! It took a little less than a month for it to be resolved but winit won! It even shows tickets that cannot be fought. I was a little worried because I received a notice to pay the fine before a certain date, but I listened to winit and just waited on my results. When they won, it's like I never even got a ticket. I love this app, because they fight for me. I get too nervous if I'd have to go in person for a hearing. Love this app!

Waste of time. Signing up was a bit rough and submitting my Traffic Ticket was as well. Doesn't matter in the end as I got no response and no quote, they closed my case and gave me no reason why. I'll be uninstalling the app and never using it again.
