Try to claim the shopee voucher but end up getting the e-voucher that can only be use at participating merchant that are mostly not interesting. The only merchant that interest me is Pezzo. Not many option and navigating through the apps is frustrating. I got lock out from my account and already emailed to them but no reply. Accumulating points takes way too long. Uninstalling immediately.

Bad IU and irritating pop-ups that readily open browsers if you did tap precisely on close (X). Confusing to use and messy interface. Haven't tried to redeem yet but not pinning high hopes based on the majority of bad reviews.

The worst app and rewards program I ever come across. Don't install and don't participate. All they do is use this to collect data but the rewards program is so convoluted that it is just not worth participating. 1. The Ads keep popping up as you change from one screen to another until it is almost unusable. 2. Scan too many QRs, they block you. When it is just 1 point! 3. The conversion rate is from points to Winks is too low 4. The process is convoluted. You have to convert points to winks then winks to vouchers! 5. You can only convert a maximum of 20winks/day but they don't tell you that.

Very annoying n useless app. No clear instructions, a lot of junks n ads, A LOT OF ADS!! Not user friendly. N seems now using TL simply go this thing doesn't really work anymore. Time to get this lousy thing out of my phone. Update: Took 6 months to reply my review. Brilliant. Even I accept ur explanation on ads, keep crashing, also one of vital parts right? Amazing.. I have stopped getting points, but I keep d app so that I can spend my points that I collected. But looks like it's a waste mem.

Love the app, the new interface is so much more interesting and intuitive then the previous version. One of the best app so far, collect points that can be converted to usable dollar value (I have done it so many times), while traveling on the SMRT MRT network and scanning the pink QR code labels that can be found on many of their advertising panels. Having to look at the advert that popup is no trouble at all. This is how they fund the points they are giving to us F.REE.

Bad experience getting my account unlocked. Responded to their initial email promptly but have not heard back from them since nor do they respond to your request for an update.

Seriously bad UI, and very difficult to use (I am tech savvy). Impossible to find where to key in my SimplyGo code.... This will likely be another SMRT failure...

Been using for probably 4-5 years and accumulated wink points over the years. But before I got to use any of my points, my account got suspended for no reason. When I emailed them, couldn't get a reply. Edit: Verification was done 12 days ago. I even provided more details than required in order to avoid unnecessary back and forth. Did a follow up after hearing nothing from Wink for more than a week. To date, still havent heard from Wink since verification done. So it's far from what you said.

I redeemed food many times by using WINK voucher. 👍🏻 Things to improve, screen show "0" point while scanning half way or hang, not moving. So whatever i scan may not be captured. And the verifying part is slow last time, but I see speed up a lot these few days. Please maintain.

horrible. terrible and rude customer service/administrators. unable to reply customers professionally. my account was locked and points confiscated due to VPN even though I just came back from overseas and forgot to turn it off when scanning. unable to reinstate points (which by the way is alot) and accumulated over months. no room for negotiation cos the app is NOT an entitlement, even though I offered to produce my air ticket showing proof of travel.

To all who need redress because your account got locked : you need to send in a newly-composed email or a new enquiry through the app everytime you need to reply them. The process was quick but because we were expected to know something we did not know, it became a labourious event. This rating was due to the mistake the customer service made of not telling me earlier how I was supposed to reply. Other than that, the app is actually excellent!

Improvements needed. Scan at 0 sometimes when I open the app. And it takes awfully long at "verifying"..Sometimes doesn't complete verification even after 2 trains had come and gone. Quite a waste of time and efforr.

Thankful for all the awesome shopping and scanning experience. I have been a wink+ user for years and the rewards are practical and easy to redeem. But my account was locked since Jun 2020 and after the customer service verified my email and mobile, they didn't reply my emails or IG dm.. Its disappointing because they just kept me waiting without explaining why.. :( Update 27/11/2020 My account is still locked and nobody got back to me yet. So can't try the new features. :(

My account was abruptly locked 3 weeks ago. Verification details were provided the same day they were requested from me. Been another 2 weeks so far with complete radio silence & my attempts to find out the status have been ignored. Seems like there are others in the same boat as me. Wink gates was introduced without sufficient testing & users get locked after they get flagged by the system although they did nothing wrong. Doesn't help that mod replies are just to deny same feedback received.

Pass by ntuc learning hub Gate. Stay within the range for more than 5 minutes still didn't get the points. Bad app.

Recently upgraded to the new version. A design overhaul - finally. Just to see how much I've redeemed ever since I signed up is a great addition. Hoping for more avatars or app colors though.

Useless app and terrible customer service! I was locked out 5 months ago, but they still had not solve my problem. I have only one account and I play strictly by the rule.All they do is asking for information again and again, but until now nothing has been done! They don't acknowledge upon receiving emails, and took weeks to reply.

Thank you Wink team As a user, I see you guys are trying your best to give us a smooth experience while using the app. The journey isn't smooth but I will continue to use it and hope you guys won't give up. Taking up tons of battery since the implementation of wink+ gates, and it isn't even accurate in sending notifications for that when I'm at a gate. Needs massive improvement.

Try to sign up by completing all the steps but there is no moving onto next page to activate as it stopped at the agreement page.

Uploading after a scan is very slow.. The app needs to have a Autoscan feature without the need to press the scan again after a scan. At best word to describe this app ..HORRIBLE and VERY LOW STANDARDS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROPER FUNCTIONING APP

Deleted the app in less than 10 minute. App so laggy and keep kicking me out for no reason and worst of all is same ads keeping popping out,

badddd. ads every click. take it offline pls. close it down. waste of time. dont download it. waste space in my phone. uninstalled already. useless app. how did this app get on play store????????¿???? play store pls remove, save space on your server for better apps. thanks.

Recently my account was locked. Sent emails, messages through their wink apps and facebook, only a standard reply. They dont bother to response to my quries. Already past so many months, so big company also want to eat away my points which have accumulated for a year. Very unhappy and disappointed. Dun understand what is unfair?
