I can't put it on wiki app my ID, , but doesn't work, and don't recognizer my costarrican ID. Just send me an error, code 7 AGAIN AND AGAIN, and i don't know how fix it out. Wiki will need urgently a call center or another service to solved this issues online.
Horrible. Bad Customer Services and app has a lot of issues.
It worked really well for the past year until suddenly it wouldn't let me transfer money from my account in dollars to colones. I've made several attempts to reach the support team but they still haven't gotten back to me. How can you trust them with your money when the support team is nowhere to be found.
Wont let me add my paypal account. It just wont load and throws me no error it just never stops loading... SINPE movil doesnt work either it wont stop giving me errors and their customer support is the definition of awful. They dont even bother looking at the messages I leave them.
It worked at the beginning. Now it's a whole lot of bologni. If you like things done, don't waste your time downloading this so called app
App is huge, still never works, keeps crashing, unable to log in. Design is non functional
Since they added USD accounts this app has got amazing. Please provide forgot password functionality just in case.
This app does not allow you to register if you have only 1 surname. For example if my name John Smith, I cannot register. But if my name is John Arnold Smith I can register. Not everyone who lives in CR has at least 2 surnames.
This application never works as expected. Is always failing. How can you trust your money to an application that is not working?
Awesome, very straightforward to install and simple to use.
Only with CostaRican cedula you can open. App is big and lagging , suggesting to crash...so small waiting pauses needed when typing Anyway appreciate Cooperative bank started initiative in Costa Rica! I have other one Coopealianza, but Coopenae will be on my radar now. Hope theybwill accept gov made id for extranjeros soon
I always have used it since I got it 3 years ago. Always a go to and I had no issue with it.

Customer service is non-existent 4 days sending messages and no response. How can we expect to trust our money to a company that doesn't respond to customers in weeks?
