Winn-Dixie Rx

My prescriptions are both ready. One shows that it is "in process," while the other says it's "ready to refill." When I clicked to refill, I got an error message that it was already refilled. This app is useless, exactly the same errors as the website.

App does not update in a timely fashion, showing should be ready soon for days then suddenly showing was filled 3 days ago. Hoped this app would be better than waiting for a phone call but it is not, wish I had paid attention to the reviews before I had a problem. Some meds missing from list and update didn't fix the problem

The worst app ever. It constantly telling me my password is wrong so I changed it and logged in and out and then the new password is wrong. I've never had this much trouble setting up an app. I've been at it for two days now and the password is a one time use only before I have to reset the password. This is bad for any app in 2021

Forced to give 1 star (deserves 0 stars) so I could post . One of the WORST apps that I'm forced to use. Has features I don't need or want, yet does not allow intuitive look-up (better yet - should show info upon login WITHOUT having to search myself) of simple, obviously necessary info, i.e., Rx ready v. in-progress v. problem, price. Awful - counterintuitive navigation for limited info I want to find. Overall 3.6 stars is way too generous. Back to Walgreens, I guess.

The new update is HORRIBLE. Before the update I could easily access , refill, and know all the Rx's. Now I can't even get the app to log in and the web version is ridiculous it shows the scripts but not refills. FIX IT PLEASSSSSSEEEE!

Doesn't work. It constantly closes, won't accept my password and username - it tells me it's invalid information Every time, even though I have used the forgot password link Every time and had to reset it. I can't add rx numbers, it changes my preferred store if I navigate away for a second.. absolute garbage and I'm deleting it now.

Useless app. Tried multiple times to set it up and it keeps saying my info doesn't match what is on file. I called the support number and they verified that what I put in was correct. Support told me they didn't know what the problem was and they could not help me.

Horrible! The app won't open half the time and the other half it won't login. It never gives a true account if your meds are filled or not either. Bring back the older version. At least it was reliable!

Work in Progress It started off poorly with issues, but now you can see refill status. No ability to pay with app, so lost stars for that as well as no delivery method. Submitted these requests to their support team.

NEW Review: they've fixed whatever patch it needed to work and it works beautifully like it did before!! OLD review: The app tries to open, never loads any screens and then immediately closes by itself. Never had this problem on my old phone. Both Motorola's so I don't understand it'd be anything but a developer error in an update especially since others are having the same issue. Please revert it back so we can actually use the app! Everyone is leaving 1 star reviews, just put it back!

Constant issues trying to log in over 2+ years. It never works. I end up having to communicate with store by phone. And they don't have enough staff to answer. Why don't you fix the App?

WHO in the CAT HAIR RUINED the Winn-Dixie Rx APP??? I absolutely LOVED using the app BEFORE this USELESS, RUINING OF THE APP UPDATE. NOW it doesn't even WORK anymore! And.....well, I TRIED to state my issue here, but for some CRAZY reason, I only have a few lines to try to explain what keeps happening and it cuts me off. Imagine that! YOU HAVE TO LOGIN OVER AND OVER AND OVER, DEVS and MOST of the time it won't accept your CORRECT LOGIN INFO! UUUUUGH!!!!!! Just change it BACK.....PLEASE!

Can't refill or set reminders. Everytime I try I get a message system timeout. As the saying goes if you want to screw up an app just update it or if it's not broken don't fix it

Will not let me log in. Putting in correct info. Sends me to the app. Do the fingerprint..still doesn't let me in. Cleared my cache and force stopped it..still won't work

Horrible. Revert back to the older revision. This one is terrible. I can't even get the app to open. I uninstalled, the reinstalled, but still doesn't work.

I tried to create a new account but it told me that I already have an account so I tried to sign in with my email and it said they don't recognize the email so it told me let's verify your username so I put all my information back in then it said I already have an account so I went to sign in and it says we do not recognize email/password so I try to create a new password but then it said it didnt recognize email. It was the same thing over and over it would not let me in. it would not let me make a new password it just kept asking me on the same 2 screens to sign in then when I try and sign in said I needed to create new password. is just too much hassle definitely has a glitch.

It has problems when trying to fill meds. Submitting refills on more than one doesn't always work. Once meds are filled, the app never tells you and you cannot view which meds were filled.

You ruined the app again! Now you have to sign in everytime. It always comes up with a message that says ... your session timed out. I have to try more then 10 times to get it to let me sign in again!

The app makes filling prescriptions very easy. I do wish, however, the prices were shown when the prescriptions are available for pick-up.

HORRIBLE, COMETELY UN-USABLE APP! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! I haven't been able to sign in for about a week so I uninstalled then reinstalled. Now it crashes before it will even open.

Try to open the app, it never opens. The older version worked great, now with this new one I can't ever get it to open. Very frustrating.

I used to think this app was awesome. However, now it is terrible. I can't even open it up. A message box pops up and tells me it is unavailable at the moment. I hope they get it fixed and back to the way it was before.

App has become unusable. Like many, I've become dependent on the app, it made things very smooth. Now I can't get into it at all

Just got a new phone. Try to open app and it immediately closes. App hasn't been good since we started having to log in every time. Ask you get is a timed out message.

This is the worst app I think I've ever used. It doesn't work 99% of the time, never loads, and is SLOW when it does work. A monkey could make a better app than this.

Takes way too long to log in. Lately the log in is failing altogether. Update, even worse now. Half the time, you can't even log in. Log in seems broken.
