The reports are automatically fed into the City’s 311 system so that they can be tracked and assigned to the appropriate departments for resolution. Citizens can follow the status of their request by using the unique reference number provided for each case.

App is absolutely useless. Almost as bad as the website. It's 2019. I shouldn't have to actually phone 311 to report something.
Useless app, any report you file is immediately flagged as CLOSED (with no explanation as to how or when) but it's not actually resolved.
The services that you can report on are pretty limited. Just easier to call or email.
This app is useless, I can't even make the report cause it doesn't fit any of the choices. can't there be an other option? will be deleting
The usability and layout of this app is very outdated
There appears to be no way create a report to the Insect Control branch.
Need more options when filing a report or add Other as an option with an field to type in.

Would like to have the ability to report illegal dumping on my property. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME IN THE NORTH END... WHY IS SO HARD TO CALL IN A BED BUG MATRESS THAT WAS DUMPED IN MY YARD?!
Most reports submitted end up being labeled invalid, and a comment added that I should call 311 to report instead. What is this app for then?
Why no report for parks and forestry?
This "app" is a joke. It just loads up web pages I could Google myself. The waste services link prompts you to download another app from the store! Thanks for wasting my tax cash on this useless software.
The app is limited by the options available for report categories. If your issue does not fall into one of the appropriate categories then you are forced to submit a report to a wrong one.
Tried everything to get this thing to work... it won't load the entire menu.. won't let me access any feature and is every bit as non functional as the 311 phone system. I like many others have tried to contact 311 with a concern or report only to get lost in voicemail jail or got bumped out altogether after listening to a VERY long repetitious infuriating intro. 311 voice is a fail... so is this piece of junk app....Samsung s3 running 4. 4. 2
Still needs a lot of refinement before it is perfect.
Permissions are too intrusive. Can't complaint about garbage or rain water catchment basin.
Took months for an update to fix the app.
I am not able to open the App anymore. It opened fine at first now it locks up on the load screen. Will not go past that. This is on a Nexus 6. Probably 4 stars if I can get back into the application.
Cut and paste. Apparently, if you paste the information from your mobile it does not work. I have to manually enter my email and phone number. Do not use your mobiles smart fill/completion. I will change my rating to 5 stars if they fix it.
I used the app in the past to report pot holes and other things, then I got a new phone. App does not work with android 5.x
This is some of the worst user experience design I've seen in a long time.
App does not work. I can't go farther than blue front page. Nothing is opening.
Most things I would want to call 311 about aren't even options of which I can file a report. There isn't even a miscellaneous option to submit an uncategorized report for the city to route to the correct department. Good idea, but failed execution.
But frustrated I couldn't leave a report on something not listed there. Seems decently laid out, just needs more options. At least a miscellaneous report.
Used to love this app for looking up bus routes, but since the last update, it won't open past the initial blue logo page. Stays frozen on that and has to be force closed. It is ridiculous that there hasn't been a fix sent out yet! If it ever does get fixed, I'll give it 4 stars.
App not working in Android 5.1. Does the City of Winnipeg even receive data from this app? Still waiting for something, anything about an issue logged with this app over a year ago!

This app is great for reporting issues surrounding city services, for anyone not sure what drop down to choose if the issue is not listed, just choose the most appropriate department and put detailed notes in the report and it gets forwarded to the right crew .
