WINS Pay is the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater billing and payment system in a compact, easy-to-use mobile application. This app allows you to perform a variety of tasks including viewing outstanding charges, making payments, and managing your account settings.

Make Payment - Allows users to pay any outstanding balance owed to the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater by either ebilling or credit card.

Why can't the parents who are allowed on the account not able to use this? Unless I'm missing it...?
HORRIBLE App. Each time I try to pay it says Invalid Payment Amount!
