This is the sim I would not like to win on.So there support is useless.The calls drop mostly.There chat support is of no use.
DONT DO IT!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I'm glad there's a platform to warn others about winsim, but 500letters is not enough space to describe all the problems. They offered 20euro credit, then didn't give it, sim doesnt work, and I'm expected to pay for 6months. Never mentioned anything about having to wait before the simcard would work outside of Germany. Multiple times customer service gives incorrect information, rude, and hasnt cared to correct the problem. -10
Absolutely unusable. Just a website that's being displayed, but even that's not working consistently. Try to improve that app cause it's really a downside for the image of your company.
Useful to know how much data you've used and how much you still have befire the end of the month. However, it would be super helpful to have it in English. It's only available in German for now...
Worst service app. There is no way to contact customer care. I have requested for my old mobile number for new connection, but I recieved new number. Struggling to contact the customer care center.
Just switched to winsim and download their mobile app. Well its not an app its website just wrapped in webview. I can offer my free services to develop your app. Offer something good to your customers. Plus hire some English speaking staff.
I've definitely seen better apps in my life, it's like done by Chinese company in the 90's😁. The company tells you that they have done a refund but in fact you never see the money back. One Person in an "out sourced" call center might speak broken English, guys we are in 2019 the world changed if you don't speak English you would miss the WORLD's action WAKE-UP !
@Drillisch_Tel #winsim The worst customer service than any other network. As the cheap Tarif, as the cheap customer service and as the cheap network. They don't speak English other than German though we speak in German they say what they want to say. Change name to #worstsim

It's no app, it's just a copy of the already low quality confusing website. Waste of time.
Scam. Didn't use the Sim for international roaming. Didn't make any call or use the Internet yet they charged me extra for the month. Same thing happened with my friend.
They will steal your money. And also send you legal notices for more money. You will end up paying more.
App does not turn to landscape mode for tablets

Only sailing the SIM.open the app miserably.I am totally congested with service and operators.they treated with me like rubbish HUMAN.I am a customer not a bank loner.
App looks very old, design is like from 90s or so... Besides, it is not possible to see how much extra costs one made on top of their contractual price. What is the point of this app? And another thing to mention: if for some reason they don't succeed in taking the money off your account for the monthly bill they will charge you BOTH for the fact that they couldn't do it and for the fact that you transferred the money to their account. €6 each. Amazing, €12 punishment!
Guys once again its not advisable company and i am super disappointed and i am advising any one NOT to use winsim you will recive huge unexpected amount every few month which reason you dont know, team of winsim dont speak english at all .
It has everything I need but the UI is terrible.

No English Support and No English language option for application. So hard to work and not easy to use. Bad User Interface.
