From the first time I opened it after download I had issues with it not loading very well. When I finally got to the slot games and clicked the first one all I got was a black page. So after waiting a few minutes to see if it would load up, I backed out and tried again it still only showed a black screen. I closed it out, re-opened it, un-installed it and tried it again. It still wouldn't load ANY slot games. Just black screen. So I'm over it, and wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

App is standard for a casino game, but not exciting - Low amount for spin bonus is expected, as more than 500 is a rarity. All games\machines are tight, making winning a low probability - Graphics are decent, but boring. They are also undependable, glitching out (seeing only portions of necessary images\buttons) on a regular basis. The only way I've found to fix issue is by deleting & reinstalling app, which gets old fast - Could be fun, but other better apps available.

I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall this game!! Always get the "Error" code that this game has "already been linked" and it just keeps popping up when you hit the "Ok" bar,,, so I have to uninstall and reinstall!! And then,, half the time, when I click on a slot, it won't come up, so I have to go back and retry 2 or 5 times!! And NOW,,, some of the slots are coming up so BIG that it makes it impossible to see or play!!! AAAAARRRGGGHHH!!!! SOMETHING needs to be done to SOLVE these ISSUES

Free Spin is rigged to stop at 300 & 400 coins unless you pay. I've spun it 4/4 and hit an amazing 300 & 400 each time, such a Big wheel what are the chances of that hitting each time? Wow! If I spent actual money buying coins no telling how much my actual loses be, maybe turning me into a habitual gambler to lose more than I received.

My Vegas with M rewards offers free comps without making an in-app purchase. This app should be the same. No one is going to spend a lot of real money on a fake casino app- and not a good one at that. The only comparison between this app and the real slot machines is that they both take money super fast. Cant connect a players card because I dont know my player card number. No way to look it up. I live 2 hours away from Winstar and would go if I had 2 dinner comps and free play. Not good.

Nope! It used to be fun but they're SO freaking tight to where it's extremely difficult and rare to get a feature and your chips are depleted very quickly! I find it similar to being at their casino. I will never download their app again. It's not worth the wasted time hoping they will change. If they weren't so tight with their chips I might consider purchasing some and their prices for chip packages are ridiculous to laughable! And many of their games won't even load to play.

I really enjoy this app other than the slow start up of games and the your account is already linked to this account notification upon opening. When its time for a free spin all it ever gives me every four hours is 300 coins most of the time. It upsets me when there is only 1 100 on the wheel amongst all the bigger numbers. With some time on the app it performance has improved. Other than the low fortune wheel every 4 hour bonus chips . I enjoy this app and recommend to all who enjoy playing.

The last few days, when you log in, and you're supposed to get daily points, it scrolls and scrolls says error and you don't get any points !! It happened at least 6 times the last 2 weeks. I'm getting really tired of messing with it. What really pisses me off, is when it says error then doesn't recognize that you're logging in, and goes back to day 1 of log in's.

A wide variety of slots and a good choice of cards and other games. Just started playing a couple of days ago and am ready for my real world rewards points. It does lag occasionally and it doesn't tell you what the bets are on each game so you have to pick one and wait for it to load. It's fun though!

Worst app ever. The bonus won't allow me to spin for chips and half the time the games wont connect. If they do the reels never stop spinning. I can't connect my players card and each time I try there's no option. Honest opinion, pointless having the app.

It's fun, and cool that it connects to my Winstar account, but the app has consistently slow loads and game play lags on 300mbps connection with good phone. Consider more opportunities for caching and maybe upgrade servers/ram along with creating faster call and return paths. Call Techgenies in Dallas, they'll fix it for a good price.

I can never seem to get logged in any more and if you don't log in at least once a day you lose your coin bonus. What little you do get. This app needs a lot of work. And way better purches bonus. For what it take to get a 25$ gift card at the actual casino you can probably buy a car with it. As if they don't take enough money from folks they could do way better for a "world class casino"

heres the good: the games are fun, large variety, and theyre actually realistic unlike other slot games where its $100,000 a spin or something stupid. the bad: the wheel bonus never really gives much. 9/10 i win $100. whats up with that? if u want people to play, why give the worst amounts ever on the wheel bonus... not to mention i cant even play half of the games because they keep saying "502 error"

Continue running out of chips but it is still a fun game. Really be nice if your winnings were real money. Your chips run out too fast. With certain promo codes like today February 9th year of the ox, applied the code tells you that you're not eligible many times this has happened previous promos. Today I cannot get in touch with them tried for 2 hours and still no results. But I still enjoy. Could not be a better app

The games are rigged I was betting 2500 on atomic and I like to double tap quickly on game slots the machine would take 2 to 5 times for each bet. I reported it to their customer service and they have a complete gaming history and they basically told me I was wrong I will screen shot it for anyone who is interested. I'd probably spend your money somewhere else. There is no cash and their still cheating.

I love winstar casino games. I really have no complaints except some of the games like Monkey in the bank, the blue genie, green vault and some others are to big for my phone screen, they ate ok on my laptop but not my android phone which i use most often to play games. But I love winstar games so much that i over look this issue. Maybe Winstar can fix this problem. The 2 things I would lower the entry fees on the tournaments so we can all play and the amount of free chips you get daily.

Wow!!! What a HUGE disappointment. I thought you would be able to earn real life rewards Like hotel stays, money, Concert tickets discounts at restaurants. You can but the only way to earn that is to purchase chips. The math does not add up and it's not worth it. The cheapest packages is 29.99 that earns you 1 point. You need 25 points to buy a $25 gift card. (The cheapest prize they have) So you spend 750.00 to "win" 25.00 in free play. Do you think I'm that stupid!? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

The game has started to say the same thing it said before..an error has occurred while trying to log you in.. Very frustrating..well believe it or not..the game has again let me back in after changing my password. Fun time again!! 😊

Fun games with daily free coins and their facebook page usually offers daily codes as well. Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy with certain games not loading or just slow loading but overall it's definitely fun.

Games are difficult to win on. Constant server disconnects when winning most games. Getting 500 or more coins on the wheel is rare. Not near as much fun to play as other casino apps I play on.

All of the games they have recently added are terrible, and what was left of the games i did enjoy are now different. Its become as much of a rip off as the actual casino its self. Waste of time. Hate this app with a passion, uninstalling.

I was disappointed in this app. I thought it had info about the casino. Where the restaurants are. Where my favorite machines are. Concert info. Maybe there could be a different app for that.

Great slot experience with lots of games to choose from. Wish Bonuses on wheel hit bigger payouts, seems like it is setup to give out very little coins that way you have to pay to play.

It is a casino for over 18s that you put money in and don't have any option to withdraw!!!! Its like putting money in a casino to win without the ability to withdraw!!!! I saw something about putting £499 in for a bonus!!! Why if you can't withdraw any wins? I love this game but I've played many casino games and this one is cheap on the points/chips. They want you to spend money and the price is high for a little bit of points/chips compared to other casino games.

It's fun, everytime I try to connect it tells me an error has occurred, this app is already linked and it takes me 30 mins of going back and forth . Very frustrated!
