It does everything it is supposed to. Quite happy with it. Only complain: I just couldn't add the tap to activate option with the option to change color. Don't know if it is just me or it is the same for all. Also, I had a widget with all the tap to run automations, but after the recent option the widget is gone. Now I have to open the app everytime to change the light parameters.

This would have been a 5 star review. The app is great works perfectly, no issues with connection or responsiveness. The only reason I am giving a 1 star review is because the app removed the home screen widget in the latest update, this is not user friendly, I have to open the app and go to automation screen to click on it to get something done. Please add the home screen widget back. Worst update ever. Add the widget and I will change this to a 5 star review. The automation is not worth the hassle to open app and then click on a button. Product manager should resign.

I absolutely loved the application and the bulb itself. It has so many good features. The only reason for 1 star review is the recent update where home screen widget is removed. It is very inconvenient to open the application, wait for it to load, search for tap to run option and trigger from there. I was using this bulb as primary but since recent updates removed the widget feature, i started using this bulb as secondary as i would prefer to use light switch than opening this app.

I can't change the color through tap-to-run or automation. There is a option for colour temperature but it change the mode to white. Widget design can be better. So that we don't need to open app everytime. Otherwise I would give 5 star.

Latest update made the home-screen widget option disappear completely defeating the purpose of the app and the smart lights. Have been sending feedback to the developer via the in-app option for weeks to no avail. Very disappointed.

Working great but from last few days it just going out whenever I choose colours from white light... One white light scene to another works fine... But selecting any colour makes it off... I don't if it's an isolated issue but help me out if you could...

Very frustrating to use. When trying to pair their smart bulb, the bulb stops flashing a few seconds into the pairing process but this app doesn't succeede in registering the device. It's stupidly easy to reset the bulb and no way to cancel the reset. Very poorly thought out.

The button to turn on 16amp socket does not work in app most of times. Specially when I do "Inching option". It however changes the status to on when I manually turn on 16 amp socket via physical button.

Latest update removed widget functionality. Now the app has to be opened each time for turning on or off the light. First it could be done with one tap on the phone home screen. Tap to run feature does not support bulb colours only colour temperature.

Unable to use widget anymore on homepage. App though a bit slow works ok. Automations stopped working as well. New version is failing in all standards, To add more now integration with 3rd party(Alexa or Google Assistant) are non functional as well.

With the latest update the app has been pathetic. We don't have widget support so everytime i need to such on light I've to open app everytime and I don't understand how is this smart if we can't do things in one click without opening app instead using a physical switch would be smarter

I bought Wipro Garnet 9W SMART Bulb but it seems that the RGB is not working for this. It just turns off when I try to change color, only white and yellow seems to be working. Just wanted to make sure if someone else faced the same issue. If yes how it can be resolved or is it a defected unit.

Why has the ability to keep both Timer Schedule and Inching together been removed? Now it says Task conflict. They were working together perfectly well before. 2 stars docked just for that. Why features get removed is beyond me. Oh, and the app is quite laggy - please fix that instead of breaking existing functionality.

If theres power cut n power comes back the light gets turned on if turned off through wifi. Useless very inconvenient when light gets turned on middle of night due to power outage. Useless buy.

My wipro bulb is not changing coliur ever since I buyed the bulb. It's just that you can set the timer when it had to turj on or off, otherwise if you want to buy it because it had many colors, I won't recommend it don't change the colour at all. Worst!! Please fix this.

Why did you remove the home screen widget? Having it was much easy to control without open the app all the time. Please bring it back. We can use the Google home shortcuts, but they take time comparitively.

The only reason why I am giving 3 star because we don't have home screen weidgts. It's very frustrating to open the app just to switch on/off the lights. Once the weidgts will be added i would be updating the review.

Previous version has widgets which was very useful to me. But after update widgets feature were removed. Very much disappointed on this update. Kindly add this feature to the same.

Update: In the recent updates all widgets are removed. Why? Application requires login via email and password only, but when trying to link with Alexa, it asks for mobile number and password. This inconsistency is not letting me use Wipro Smart Bulb with Alexa. If fixed, I can change my rating.

Connectivity issue after the last update. I have stable wifi connection (100 mbps) it just keeps losing the connection multiple times in a day.

Light keeps failing to switch on at scheduled time but randomly at any hour. It's terrible. The whole experience of scheduling is lost.

Pathetic app!! Smart bulb doesn't remember it's last state, comes back on in case of fluctuations. Device goes offline if your internet is down -- it is supposed to work on wifi, what it has to do with internet? Wipro ceo wants to know if my lights are on or not?

Hello developers i request , Older version is better then new version , new version have no widgets, it take much time in opening app with 12gb ran phone older version faster. Update and fix and give mini widgets and reduce open time.

Alexa support dropped after update Android widget support dropped after update Lights go out of sync every 2-3 days. Whole sync process has to be done again to restore functions.

Everything was good till this morning...today in Alexa app was showing devices are unresponsive...then I disabled the Wipro smart home skills....and again try to enable but Unable to link with amazon acount.... every time showing acount authorization failed.try again later.... pathetic..... please try to solve the problem asap

The widget just disappeared one fine day, and now I have to open the whole app every time I need to change settings. The app is really bad too.

Lags every time. Doesn't show data no matter how many times you update it. Very bad experience.

Awesome I have automation option and it was working fine , suddenly for the past one week its not working , don't know whether WiFi signal is weak or light life is gone , WiFi bulb us what I am telling about . It almost 2 years since I bought

Please add a dark mode, make a customisable widget and please remove the obnoxious title bar from the widget. Your ugly visuals are making me question my decision to buy the smart devices. I must say the hardware and the software functionality is good but your app is ugly. Why did you delete the widget to make it worse???
