Wire & Pipe Locator
Depending on the accuracy of the sensor of your phone, you can use it to detect wires and pipes up to 10cm away. Note that equipment like TVs, and computers case can affect readings.
**How to use
1-run the locator in your phone away from the wall to set sensor balance
2-Slowly slide your phone in every direction, while keeping your phone flat on the object where you want to find pipes or wires
3-The normal electromotive force field (EMF) is about 59µT, when an object is located, EMF chart reading will increase with a beep sound.

Not all phones are equipped with such a sensor. Please check it your phone

It told me where my light switches were and they register 60 to 80 EMF move it half an inch and it goes back to the default reading when holding it in the air. The power outlets register less EMF than the open air. Not helpful to trace wires.
False readings. Don't trouble yourself with downloading it. I tried it on 1/2" drywall with aluminum wiring, and it didn't even detect the power outlet I started from!
Ok for finding pipes, but definitely not for cables in a raggled wall as there is virtually no difference in readings on the app.
Very nice application. It solved my purpose well. It really tells where the electricity pipes are. Don't have to dig and find out. Thanks for the developing such a great application. Keep up the good work.
Screen does not look like advertised. It registers phone movement 40 emf. It says it will let you know if your phone does not have what is needed. Dont waste your time
Couldn't get a detection on wire. Went crazy when direct contact with end of toggle switch.
It does alert of strong magnetic fields only. Like metal beams. Not suitable for wire detection.
I was looking for some electric cables outside a mobile home im repairing and i downloaded this app and [[BANGGGG]] FOUND IT LIKE MAGIC . nice job with this app now im going to let my coworkers know about it 😀👍
Well, it beeps. It detects where my outlets are. It will also tell me where my tv, laptop and tablet is.
Good luck finding wires. This app can find your toaster, but don't expect to find a wire in the wall.
One star for beeping sensors! But not as advertising your ad shows a heldhand phone with a picture of a wall with pipes and wire shown? False advertising!
The advertising images that show the pipe visibly on the phone are false. All you get is an em field gauge.
Awesome app will like if it can pickup a little deeper but I guess it depends on the phone you use. WELL DONE

No "SETTINGS". How is one to set it to keep the screen on?
I used to to locate metal studs and pipes on a commercial job site, now all my workers have it I their phone and very easy to find the centers, wood studs just scan for metal screws no issues at all, easy to find all the cabling be it electrical or network, I'd highly recommend this to anyone using a simple stand alone stud finder
