Hope to God you never have to submit a dispute on a transaction with these people. They email you a form which you then have to fax or mail back to them. Once they receive it, it takes 30 - 45 days for them to process it because frankly they could care less about you or your money.
I have tried to register my card for two days now. It keeps saying "an error ". So I believe this app do's not work anymore.. be aware everyone.
The app works I've been using for at least two years or more I encountered the BS with the app for months since 2021... This is what I did... Go to north lane on your browser not the app I did forgot username and password went through my email and changed password and I was able to log in through app no problem... You can also use express login to check your balance on the website... Your welcome 😃😃😃😃😃
It seems they've stopped supporting the app. I use this card/app for reward money from GM. I haven't been able to access the app for well over 2 months now. Have to use the website to see account balance info and other transactions. Trying to reset the password was a 2 hour ordeal
Useless... Set up account and activated card online, which I can access from computer and phone, but the app gives an error message that the credentials are wrong. I hate apps that can't update it's systems. Waste...
Sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn't. Recently it would not allow me access, giving an error message and when I contacted customer service they were absolutely zero help. There doesn't seem to be a way to reset your password either.
Latest edit at the bottom... App was working. Got uninstalled. Installed back. Cached credentials for the app do not work. If you load on android and iPhone it worked on one and got invalid credentials on the others. Seems the app credentials are associated with the install as tech support said app password was not the same as web login password. Update: After Dec 15th 2021 app update now uses web login credentials not per install as before. Try creating an account on their website
Nothing works. I can login on the website with my username and password, but can't on the app. The app is absolutely broken and none of the features work at all. Yet was just updated on 12/15. Worst IT team ever!
No longer able to login and get error when trying to retrieve password. Now I have to call into their automated system and constantly here chastising messages to use the app. Would love to use the app, fix it and I will.
Fingerprint scanner no longer does anything Update 4/11/22 My card was beginning to wear and wasn't working every time at the register anymore, I order a new card and let them know that I'm still using the old card until the new one arrives. The kicker? They disabled my current card anyway, hope you don't need to actually use your money while your card is being replaced.
The app never works maybe once every few days it'll actually work every other time it's having technical difficulties. They updated today 12-15-21 now the app is totally garbage. Cannot login at all completeky down. They should really fire their whole IT team and get competent ones. If I could go zero stars I would.
Can't even get through registering for an account. The app says try again later but later never works either. Very poor customer service as I have not been able to get a person on the phone to register my complaint.
Company website is completely useless and doesn't work. Company phone line is the same. Any surprise that this garbage app doesn't work either? Don't worry; once they get enough bad reviews they'll close up shop and reopen under a different name.
App doesn't provide bank transfer option. Website hasn't allowed me to do anything in weeks. Card declines when I have the funds and I still get charged the .30 decline fee. Service has become useless and more of an inconvenience than helpful. 0 stars
Horrible besides the two employees, and the Dr. Everything else is trying and unprofessional. Very much for the staff grown children with hypodermic needles..
It was working fine for a week or so and now it keeps crashing for the last two weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same issues. Nice when it worked, wish someone knew what they were doing. Update: I uninstalled and updated to the new app. I also re-registered my card and it now works perfectly fine! TG!!
The app is not properly formatted, the numbers are overlapping each other, making it unreadable. The information is very minimal, and the charges are described differently than the website. There are no additional functions for transfers or deposits, the letters and numbers are too large making it an inconvenience to read and the options menu is barren and empty. Add a feature to use the NFC chip and use the mobile phone as a separate credit card, add interaction with other intl and US banks.
Terrible app. When dealing with something that had to do with money and getting it done, it's completely useless. Pin isn't set nor did it allow me to set it every time I tried. The phone base sux in terms of getting through to the right area. When you're in a need, go with visa or something more reliable. Will never use these guys unless I'm given another gift card. Then I'll just beat that person silly for giving me that card.
Downloaded the app and tried to enter in my card infor multiple times, but it kept telling me the data was wrong. So then I went to the website to enter in the card info and it worked fine the first time. I set up an account on the website, then turned around and immediately entered in my login information into the app and it told me my login information was incorrect. Tried multiple times with the same result. This app was unable to do either of the 2 things it is supposed to do!
Overall it easy to use but it says updated December 15 but can't even log in with my pass and username. Error keeps popping up even on their website sent email to support no response probably been a week or so. Fix it and stop playing with my money!!!!
Pathetic customer support! The app will not allow me to login. Contacted CS and was told a reset password link would be sent within 24-48 hours. 6 days later still no email. Contacted CS again and this time talked to a supervisor about my login experience (both app and website). They finally sent me an email with password reset link and instructions. Attempt to login using provided temporary password and it tells me to contact CS. What kind of vicious loop am I stuck in????
Horrible! Tried installing twice and it won't even let me get passed the registering part. When I called customer service their suggestion was routing troubleshooting then to call them back in a day! One would think they would be more professional to have better servers for the app or to fix the issue then and there. I will just not install. Glad it's not my bank or I would be switching banks LOL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Can't even log in even though I know my information is right. The customer service phone line isn't even helpful either. Nothing works!!!!
The mobile app is missing the account total next to each transaction, which the browser version has. Not much reason to waste space in my phone without that feature.
Have not been able to log into my account for 2 months. It says there is an error processing my request. I had them sent me an email to reset password and nothing ever came in my email.
This app is non-functional. Their website is non-functional. I called support and they said it is not down. Very frustrating trying to set up a company card through this company...
This app has not worked properly for about a year. Have tried installing on new devices and still does not work.
This app hasn't worked in months. All I get is a server error, try again later message. I can check things fine on a browser but wish this app would work again.
The app won't allow me to login at all, even though the website works fine. It just says "sorry, there was an error processing your request, please try again later"
Update 12/26/21 The app hasn't been working for a week. I see many others are having the same problem. The app only shows your balance & pending charges. The website shows everything. I always check my balance before I go to the store because sometimes charges show up twice. It eventually fixes itself, but it would be embarrassing if my card was declined at the store even though I know how much money I should have. I really like that there aren't fees with each transaction.
