Can't access my subscription. Got the WiredUK print + digital subscription and it's been a nightmare trying to get access to anything. They give no instructions in the emails and after figuring out and following the login process on the app, the issues I've supposedly paid for already still show as 2.99. Support have told me to do things I've already done, and sent me links related to completed different magazines by mistake.
Can't access my subscription - I have a print + digital subscription and my subscription has been recognised but 95% of the back issues still say 'buy' rather than allowing me to download them. All the info says I should have access to all the back issues and that's what I was expecting. I regret paying for the subscription.
Similar issues to all described below. I have made many, many attempts to speak to the customer service as a *paying* print and digital subscriber but to no avail. It's a real shame and a massive disappointed given the ad featured in the magazine that there's a functioning app for Android.
The app is awful. I can't sign in, there is no handover between devices, and there is no search function. I so regret paying $70 for a subscription that I can't even read on my mobile. I also never got my print issues, as my subscription said I would. Customer service is useless. Yes, rant, I know, but I am crazy disappointed.
Doesn't work. The magazine suggests using Google News. That doesn't work either. So basically on Android wired has abandoned its subscribers. A "tech" magazine that doesn't have a usable mobile solution, oh the irony. Wired has really lost its way.
Unable to log in to the Android app even though I have an existing digital subscription. It seems to be a problem that a lot of other customers have. It's frustrating and frankly a bit disappointing from a progressive publication such as Wired
Terrible attempt at a magazine app. Impossible to read as it's not interactive. Pinch to zoom and read tiny print. Can't believe I paid extra for a digital version and get this... For a tech magazine such as Wired you expect much more than this lazy piece of cr4p
EXACTLY the same problem! Can't access subscription. Emailed Wired, nothing to do with us, contact Google Play!!! I have said it before and I will say it again: NOTHING works unless it has a proper Play app. Conde Naste are NOTORIOUS for not liking Google.
Unable to login. Emailed customer support and they insist my account doesn't exist even though I get the print version. So frustrating. Will be cancelling after this promo cycle is up.
I can't sign in to my own account. The app is so poorly designed you can see the HTML tags. Whoever WIRED paid to make this clearly doesn't give a damn P.S. I also can't access the website to cancel my subscription. If you charge me I'll be claiming fraud
Unable to log in using the same subscriber credentials which work on your web site. I'm obviously not the only person with this problem. I suggest you examine user comments and error logs and do some debugging before continuing to promote this disastrously low-rated app.
Account subscription been confirmed as linked to email address by customer care and is also visible on the website but the app says that there is no subscription for the same email address. Pathetic experience.. even 1 star is more
Unreadable text even on a tablet; lazy implementation of a magazine app which is even more ridiculous given the magazine's subject matter. Will be downgrading subscription to print only.
Same problem as everyone. I have an active subscription though the app does not recognize it. Please fix it so we can enjoy the content on mobile. Thanks
Just subscribed to the magazine, the paper version is great, but the app is terrible. An interactive app should be a must for this

Doesn't work, bought a subscription but can't access it. Keeps saying that the subscription couldn't be found when I try to log in.
WIRED UK doesn't deal with the cheapo WIRED (US), usually touted in the emails. Doesn't appear I'm missing much.
Brutal. Pay for a digital subscription but can't get it on android. Only the British version. Why can't I have that version if it's what is available. Give something which I paid for.
Very bad, the app was unable to my credential when i tried to log in. This is not an expectation of a tech-related publisher.
Incompatible with Sony Expedia "there is a problem with your credentials" , how dumb is that.. If you have a problem - solve it. Subscribed a month ago

Junk. As many others have stated, this app still has login issues that make it basically unusable.
I just subscribed to international editin but canno use this app. It seems that I can log in just in same device from which subscribed

Aparently not compatible with OnePlus6. You can access the app, but cannot log inn..
This app could be so much better if it were more than a PDF viewer for the wired magazine. Take the text and put it in a scrollable format with user defined text size and this app will be great! Currently you're stuck squinting to try to see the text and moving the image representing and article around a smart phone; Really bad UX. It also opens up opportunities for banner ads for your revenue if you needed more incentive.
