Wireless Audio-Multiroom (Tab)

This app is shockingly bad. Had to reset my phone and reinstalled this, took me an hour to get it working after resetting the speaker 3 times and pressing 4 buttons on it countless times. I should also point out its limited capability. Spotify is only available on it to premium users, there is no access to Google play music or any Google integration, which in my case makes the app and the speaker pretty useless, just a Bluetooth speaker.

Fails more often than not. Works when you get everything set up at the beginning, but the speaker very often becomes "invisible" to spotify, and so i can't play my music thru the speaker. The speaker (R1)has become an ornament.

most frustrating app ever used. I have 3 speakers on this network but every time I restart my Samsung tablet the app cannot find my speakers. I either have to uninstall and reinstall the app or reboot my router. I do have good Internet service. It is very frustrating

Stinks! Crashes constantly. I select songs to add to a Playlist, click ADD and it takes me back to the prior screen but doesn't add the songs. Samsung is usually reliable for a certain level of competence but not this app.

Well this app used to have five stars now it's got one maximum.. can only presume the budget for Samsung apps is cut. Im a regular to Classic FM and then suddenly doesn't work on TuneIn but it works on the TuneIn app so it must be down to the software. Classic FM is a mainstream station so it should work.

Did you find the soundbar? Yes. Can you connect to the soundbar? Yes. Are you connected to the soundbar? No speakers found. It used to work at some point but now the configuration part fails, so i am prompted back to the start screen. Great work

The new version 4151 (2022-04) crashes under installation. Version 4150 is constantly crashing when using it (Android 9). I am not expecting any fix soon from this manufacturer and won't buy anything from them in the future.

Poor app constant need to reload app now takes 5 to 8 attempts to get speakers to work through music apps. App says speakers loaded but nothing coming through. Have rebooted phone and tablets, all Samsung I might add, what's going on poor poor

Great application, a little complicated to install to multiple speakers, but once connect, sounds excellent. Input sound device are limited, but you can use a USB in one of your speakers and share sound.

App finally working after calling Samsung support. Decent app. Need to add the ability to connect sound from entire device to soundbar and not just applications embedded in the app.

What is happening with this app?! It won't even open on both my phone's. I can't use the sorround sound function at all. This needs a fix as soon as possible

it's not perfect like most Samsung products and there to big to care much about it. I still use it because I have 1200 dollars invested they sound better than the Samsung's sound bar. would I do it again absolutely not!

can no longer find my speaker since updated app.resetting router pressing connect button on speaker but app unable to configure it. expensive speaker destined for the bin as unusable now.

The only reason I am not giving the app 5 stars, is because the setting don't allow for changing background colors or to add different skins.

Now only works on tablets, not phones. Loses connections everytime the tablet goes to sleep. Very aggrivating. Makes my speaker useless.

Does not work with Android 10. App will not even open, speaker is useless as a WiFi speaker now. Please fix urgently!

Until they fix the url they are using to log into Amazon Music, a url that no longer exists, they get 1 star. Hey it has been a year at least that it is broken.

Terrible app that had crashed constantly since we got the wireless speakers. Really cheapens the speakers.

Very poor software for such expensive speakers. I would have expected much better from Samsung. I'm very dissapointed.

Doesn't realy do anything. Hasn't updated my sound bar or help in any way shape or form. Neither use nor ornament.

App stopped working on my phone. WiFi capability of my sound bar is now useless. Why is it taking so long to fix this?

It only gives you minimal control when it comes to controlling the sound bar this app does not give you overall control of your speakers

"Privacy policy" so scaled, that buttons to accept it are outside of display. Can't pass future because of this bug.

Can't connect to multi-room setup, option on 2016 samsung tv seems to be unavailable.

The app doesn't look good on the samsung s10. The formatting doesn't work. Functionality is poor.

Useless running latest Android just crashes on opening I have several r7 speakers that I have to Bluetooth to Amazon echos to use multiroom Pity I can't give no stars
