Although the hardware matches exactly my needs and working perfectly, it isn't usable anymore since I switched to a new Android 7 phone. Same for my Android 7 tablet. This application was working perfectly with my now defunct Android 5 phone. PNY, please update the application to provide the missing right access to storage, this is basic application maintenance. Or provide communication protocol information, or deliver the source code as open source...

Your app is rubbish it's now not working at all fix it it was working fine and then that stopped working you can access it through the website only but it will not read any SD cards in your app is absolutely rubbish

After using it for a while and being more than pleased it the app stopped working on my phone. It will not download images to my device. (Phone and tablet) Just started to close down once I try... Please fix. I've emailed them and had no response. The unit is now totally useless. Please update or do something. WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS AFTER ALL !!!

Really works well, pulls files from my USB or hard drive effortlessly. Video files stream with no judder and best of all you can play different files simultaneously on multipe compatible devices! Top bit of kit.

Works on a ipad, galaxy note 5s but can't get it to work on a galaxy note 3 sent an email to program designer's but had no reply back

doesnt recognize wifi connection on droid. inconsistent in performance when it appears. great looking device tho. wish it worked
