Google pixel 2XL. Same problems that others have described as far as it staying connected. Got app to connect to device 2 times and after 5 seconds found that it would disconnect saying that the connection had timed out. Please fix! I am missing a MAJOR feature of the gauge and part of the reason why I decided to spend the $$$ to get it!
After some back and forth trying to get it to work we found out that an update had already been developed to fix the Android link problem. Sent it out through my dealer and 2 weeks later it works great. 👍🏼
App loses connection after a few seconds. Attempted to reinsatll app several times and it still doesn't work. Works fine on the snap-on reps iPhone but not my Motorola Droid
only connected once. reinatalled, updated, etc. might as well not buy this kit. just stick to analog gauges and save yourself the cash

Typically make it about 4 cylinders into a compression test and then all of a sudden it's saying I'm testing number two cylinder or something totally inaccurate
This app still does not work on my galaxy tab s6 , galaxy j5, and galaxy j4. It cannot connect to any of these devices.

App needs an auto save feature. When performing a compressions test on some engines with difficult to get to spark plugs (Subaru), the tester will time out and all the results from already tested cylinders will be lost. It would also be nice if you could select the cylinder being tested. I usually write down all my results, but I loose the ability to email results to my customers or service writer. That kind of defeats the purpose of why I spent 500+ on a new "modern" tester.
