When it works, it works great. But the blutootj range is too limiting and the session WILL drop, resulting in killing the mood as you both troubleshoot how to reconnect. And this was all in the same room, it's even worse when using a part. At least it the main piece can function on its own. Really disappointed
This is actually a great product, but there are no instructions and it is not for people who aren't willing to go into the settings of the app AND your phone and play around with some things. First thing to realize is that you have to pair the phone with the product INSIDE the app. It won't connect otherwise. To do so, hit the second tab from the right. Next, go to your PHONE settings and turn off battery optimization. (Apps->vibease->battery->turn off optimization). This should fix most issues.
Awful. My partner and I bought a Vibease in 2019 and received a non-functional product. Upon charging for hours to a full day, turning the Vibease on was a struggle and would not connect through Bluetooth at all. Even the vibration button would not work on its own. My partner and I have contacted support both on app and email to receive little to no help. Upon sending in various emails and a video (per request of support!) to show that it was not working, we've been ignored many times.
Complete garbage, the video and voice call function didn't work correctly. I would not recommend this app for long distance interaction. The partner controlling the vibration aspect didn't work correctly either. Waste of time unfortunately.
This app is horrible. The vibe itself is strong and when it DOES work it's good, but it won't stay connected in use even if I've got my phone TOUCHING the toy. This makes it impossible to use for it's INTENDED feature, which is long distance play. This toy is a COMPLETE waste of money for me but because of its nature I can't get a refund. Ugh. DO NOT BUY for long distance play!!
Overall the experience was fairly pleasant. If there were more metrics I'd give that part 5 stars. The only reason I've given it a 3 is due to an issue with connectivity from the app to the device when it was less than 5ft away.
the connection with contacts is terrible. the app doesn't run in the background to receive notification. both people have to have the app open at the same time. by the time it works. all the mood is gone :(
Works perfectly. If it ends up getting goofy. Just trouble shoot. Uninstall and then reinstall. It's easy. Don't read the frustration of simple minded angry people and get mad at the device. It works really well and does it's job.
brand new out of the box and the thing WILL NOT PAIR with my phone!!! That was kinda the whole point of buying this piece of expensive garbage! i want my money back! UPDATE.. finally got my wife's phone to connect but mine still wouldn't. the app causes severe battery drain on both our phones and hers actually overheated. BUT.. the vibe does work
Bullcrap from the jump. ripped off by$30 or so because my promo code didn't work, though it said it did, and charged me the full amount anyway. support is unresponsive and i messaged them about it as soon as i noticed.
I would give this a five stars but the calling and video chatting feature isn't too good, the audio isn't good and it doesn't work half the time. Another thing is that if you try to use a different app like Skype to video chat, it disconnects and your partner can't control it.
Pretty fricken laggy, but I get what they are trying to achieve and I appreciate it. Fix the bugs and lags, please. They are quite a turn off.
The app is great.....its the bluetooth connectivity that is not. My toy will lose connection even when my phone is no more than 12 inches away....doesnt look good for long distances either
I wish I could give this ap a zero star. It keeps disconnecting or wont pair with the phone. I dont know what's going on but I kinda want my money back. Its incredibly hard to use and just over all more pain then it's worth. Would not buy again
Android OS upgrade, it requires additional security to connect to Bluetooth device. It took us quite a while because of the issues somehow linked to the telcos.
The video calls don't seem to be working properly. Either I am seen but don't see anything (I see the voice call screen) or I see myself but he doesn't seem me or I don't seem him... Is there a way to fix this?
This is excellent application. It is wireless remote control. It easy to use this application. It is really good service provider software.
If you're reading this you've probably already purchased the product. Long story short, it doesn't work. The theory is what you've probably unfortunately purchased, but the practice of it all is not worth it. (It doesn't actually connect to your phone that is actually a lie made by the company to make money)
Garbage. Keeps disconnecting from less than a foot away. Sent it straight back. Absolutely not worth the £90 you'll pay for the hardware. Avoid.
not very happy with the connection issues, and I constantly get booted out and have to sign in with a new password...have had to do that for times since I have had it and it's only been 5 days
When it works, it is amazing. However, it regularly fails. Most times, I don't receive requests from people I'm trying to connect with. I will only receive the request after I uninstall and reinstall the app. Additionally, it has gotten buggier. I can't hear my partner during a video call...and that's if the video call works. During my most recent interaction, the call would fail every time and if he called me, the whole app would fail. I spent a lot of money on this product. I'm disappointed.
