Wirex. Bitcoin Wallet & Card

Exchanging and spending with Wirex is the easiest thing I've seen. You can do it within few seconds. The only thing, that annoys me is if you do not have the correct account linked the payment with the card won't go through. Would be better if it will be done automatically!

I like the app. It is minimalistic, intuitive, in a few nice colors. In fact, it has everything you need, or at least I need it. I use it only occasionally. I tried buying with a bank card, converting to BTC and then WAVES and sending to an external wallet. I didn't have any problems. I have a card but I haven't used it yet. There is a chance that in the future I will use it on a daily basis due to the possibility of paying crypto and % for buying. Overall it is simple, pretty and effective. :)

Must-have for any crypto enthusiast! The app I used before went straight dowhill, which is why I turned to Wirex. Account set up was easy, pleasant functionality. The app is smooth. Withdrawals are fast and accurate. Feature set is rich. For sure, those who give you a bad rate, are just your competitors. Way to go, devs!

I only use the app to withdraw my crypto to another wallet. It does the job! I don't need any other functions. But once my transfer was processing for about an hour. I was kinda sad about it...but I know it's not your fault. On the up side, the app is designed well and could potentially be great!

Absolutely love the card! It has no equal so far! You are just shopping and get bonus for your purchases. Yeah, that's for real! They called it cryptoback. So, how it works. You pay for the goods and receive free WXT on your account. You can collect your crypto, then convert and spend with your card. This is how I do. Phenomenal, Wirex!

I have not experienced any issues while use my wirex card its all working perfectly. One thing that would make it even better is if you could transfer fiat from your wirex account to your bank account or any other bank account. Upon more research it appears that bank transfers are unavailable in my part of the world. I recommend updating all informational content on youtube and website as its quite misleading i will find a alternative crypto card that has this function and swap over.

Verification process says that it takes a few minutes to 24 hours to process. I reached out after a few days, and I was told that they were still verifying it. I get notifications and emails to do the verification process. I have, and it hasn't asked me to do anything else. It has now been well over a week or more and it still is NOT verified. I have no additional information on what is happening. Fix your app then maybe I will come back. Otherwise it's taking up space.

What a disastrous App. I had it installed and setup but after some time they asked for KYC verification (which I had already did) and blocked all the App's functionality, including my own money withdrawal. Its already been more than a week and haven't been verified yet. I contacted support but no reply from them whatsover. This is also happening to people I know which use the App. Update: You can start by looking into ticket #1689841

Can't get verified, support is of absolutely no help whatsoever, for at least 2 months I was told they got a high volume of people signing up, yet i never heard back anything different. Support lacks when it comes to communicating!

Great app to manage your digital assets. Please add Ripple and Monero to your list of cryptos. I really need them! Other than that, the app works perfectly. Lots of unusual things not available on other platforms + it's very pleasing visually. Good one!

My verification which I I did completely correctly is taking well over 24hrs. It's now been almost 72hrs. The support team said they're backed up on verification and now I have to wait another 48hrs just for the team that looks at the documents to reply. This is getting ridiculous. If this is fixed then I will change my rating but this is not a good start to this app and now I am kind of getting annoyed and ready to uninstall and not recommend it to anyone.

It's really fast and secure. Easy to register, no too much process in registering. Just register and get started. Verification is also easy and fast.

WARNING they just SUSPENDED my account with no heads-up!!! Yesterday with no warning I got a pop-up about verifying the address (that Ive already done) as I had just moved a considerable amount of money there for a passive growth I got really stressed and added a document of the new place im staying. In the same moment I uploaded the document I got a message that my account has been suspended. Support is useless and I have my money frozen. Watch out, I wouldn't trust them with my money!

After taking forever to get verified due to their shotty system I deposited $20 so I could buy crypto and get their promotional deal. There's things I need to use the money for right now however it will not let me send any money. Their help center is a joke and their live chat is a robot and only gives you 2 options to choose from of what the issue you have may be. I submitted a ticket for help but have yet to hear back from them..so basically I just threw away $20 it seems.

Unusable. I'm trying to withdraw small amount of coins(10$) for two weeks already. Transaction stays in pending status for ~5 days then gets declined. Support uses default templates "disable adblock", "send again" etc. Totally unreliable.

success finally, even though it took some few month we got there in the end with a 4 star rating based on customer interaction. transfers between accounts is quick, no probs with the app or debit card.

Wasn't able to get verified in over a week. The only communication I got were a bunch of promotional emails talking about post-verified features and one email saying that one of my 3 tickets would be looked into. Nothing ever came of it so I guess I'll stick to my existing crypto apps

Awful exchange, terrible customer service. Do not use this exchange they have no customer service so if something goes wrong you are on your own. Have had no access to my account for 4 weeks and customer service and complaints are ignoring my requests. EDIT: 21/4/22 finally have access to my account after 6 weeks and much complaining. Unacceptable customer care/ support. Many better exchanges out there i would not recommend wirex especially if you are in the UK.

Poor support If anything goes wrong, beware! The support team don't do anything to help or provide information as to what is causing a delay. I had a purchase made on my Wirex card refunded by the retailer in October LAST YEAR and 7 months later it still hasn't appeared back my account. I can only assume Wirex have lost my money but all they say is "we appreciate your patience"

Verification is taking way more time than stated . Chat box is useless agent never responded. I put a ticket in... They have yet to get back to me. Waste of a download , time and energy . I wouldn't recommend at all to anyone. I read the previous reviews just now...instead of apologizing for poor service how about fix the issues at hand so that you can cut out so many of the bad reviews!

Had used this app and card over two years. Had a year unused due to Wirex own issues. Used once again then deposited more funds and verification notice came up even though I've already done it. Its been some time no response just repetitive bot answering tickets and account inaccessible.

It was awful, I recieved 1500 points for signing up to only be told u can't convert until you have 3000 points then someone tried getting into my account and it was locked which I'm thankful for however it's been over a month and I've sent 4 emails to support to get my act unlocked and still have not heard a word.

The worst verification system ever! I did everything that they asked and can't get verified! They have pics of my ID and a video selfie ao why is that so hard to verify?! I am me and I gave proof and still nothing! Nobody every answers on the chat and the bot is about as worthless as the app! If you are interested in buying, trading, or investing o crypto use a better platform!

This is ridiculous. I'm trying to verify my account and I already submitted the necessary documents since last Thursday and it's now Saturday and it's still in the verifying process but it clearly states it can take up to 24hrs. I can't even connect to a live agent through their wire box. Can someone freaking tell me what's going on?

The last update seems to be related to a total wipe of the wxt funds. Aside from myself, I've heard a lot of other people having the same issue. Submitted a ticket to support, but haven't received an answer yet. You need to get this fixed guys.
