Well your new update does not work I can't even view December 2019 statement or any others for that matter it keeps telling me to try again now I have taken it uninstalled it and reinstalled it this is ridiculous and pathetic Then I call the branch day before yesterday leave a message because I got a voicemail and no one's called me back yet that's some awesome customer service there.
can't stay logged in for more than a minute before the app kicks me out and asks me to log in, again. mobile banking is the only reason i still associate with WB&T. fix it please.
Temperamental. Doesn't work since last update. Have to Uninstall & reinstall every time I want to use it.

worked well, but now crashes after about 1 minute of being logged in.
cant use mobile deposit because app makes my camera too dark and wont allow me to complete the deposit.
We love that we can check our account and mobile deposit , it's been awesome since the covid-19 , we love Wisconsin Bank and trust !!!! Thank you 😊
Thank you for fixing the app I can use it again and it's back to being very helpful
Can log in for about 3 days now , I get a message stating communication issues.

Tells me what I need. No extra fluffery.
It takes forever to load. Then the confirmation is either a text or phone call, but if you go into another program the app crashes.
Good app but needs an update where you can see your pending payments

Do not like that you no longer can see your passbook savings account and the new view is worse. Preferred the old version.
Have used this app for 2 years and the recent change to the app has caused me and my business nothing but trouble. Never loads. I have to uninstall it just about every time I use it. I wish the bugs would get worked out. I live very far from an actual bank branch so mobile banking is my only option.
I can't see my balance after the upgrade. So much for "bug fixes."
Horrible app and banking staff are unfriendly and rude.

Always have to retype my info in even though I saved it. Takes multiple attempts to log in. Doesn't load right.
This app is awful. Can't login half the time. When I can I usually have to do it multiple times to get in. Wish they'd bring back mobile deposit too. Fixing bugs would be nice too.
App has a problem loading completely and hangs up a lot after I put my login codes in. Have Uninstalledand reinstalled multiple times. Have android phone.
