Wisconsin Public Service (WPS)

This app drives me insane. My bank has a visa card. So I always try paying with my bank account. I pay and 3 to 4 days later they return it and I have to try paying again. I don't have anything but visas. I thought the app would be easier then sending checks. And when I paid with checks I didn't have issues. It also irks me that I will pay 4 or 5 days early and then they return it after the due date so then it is late.

It would only be convenient if they accepted VISA. I don't know why they don't, though I assume it has to do with higher processing fees; but, geez WPS; do you realize how many banks issue VISA Debit cards? That's the only reason your app gets 3/5 stars from me. Because you refuse to accept VISA in your app, I have to jump through hoops to pay my bill using the Quick Pay feature, which (miracle of miracles) accepts VISA. That makes NO SENSE.

App is better than the website... I have multiple bills to monitor and the app just lists them all across the top of the screen. The information is also easy to navigate. Same like the website, it shows your usage and compares it to a previous month or previous year. I prefer the app's way of laying out the information. From the home screen, here is the balance due, here is when it will be taken from the account, and lets throw in a usage alert if you are using too much.

Paying bills over the phone has been a hassle every month since I begun service years ago, but not any more. This app allows me to pay my bill simply by selecting the option to submit a payment. No more getting hung up on by computers, no more. Waiting on hold for hours upon hours. This app give me back control. Highly recommended for all WPS customers

This app never works, every time I try to pay my bill.

This app is very easy to navigate it has all the information one would need to any question you might have from Bill comparisons, usage, paperless billing, auto pay and more. It's at the top of my list for easy and informative.I love it and would recommend it to any WPS customer 👍🙂

App is easy to use but the fact that you don't accept Visa cards makes me not want to use the app. Most banks offer Visa debit cards and I'm not comfortable giving out bank information in order to make a payment. Plus bank withdrawls take days to process, being able to use my visa debit card would be a more convenient quick payment option.

Very convenient app for monitoring my usage and payment. Would be perfect if you would except Visa. I don't own a master card so can't make my payments on the app. Its a little inconvenient.

Uninstalled this app because it asks you to enter email then it sends a code. When you close the app to get the code, it starts over and asks to send another code. Repetitive....since I was not able to enter the code, cant use the app so uninstalled.

Sucks can't make. Payment online keeps saying error so I have to call and get charged. Not nice

Could not use Once I logged in from their website it asked to attach an account. No matter what I tried. It kept finding no account of mine. Called costumer service, and they found i was doing the proper steps. So there some bad database issues, or is a phishing program.....

Very frustrating that the app doesn't accept VISA cards.

Love the app except the log out was had to find . Wish it was in header like most apps. Easy to use and forgiving if you make a mistake. Thanks for saving me a trip to the bank (and 2.50 fee )to pay my bill .

Great app to use to pay utility bill, it's quicky and efficient! Would highly recommend it. It shows the amount of usage for gas and electricity for each payment.

It is so much easier to log in and get payments in. I espicially like the forecast feature, thst gives you an idea of what your bill will be close to. Fantastic upgrade WPS!

This app is clear and easy to use. Year-to-year usage comparison is a great feature. My only gripe is that the log off button is buried in the settings.

They've been very helpful and the new programs they have are so needed! Every person I've spoken to has been friendly and knowledgeable! Very kind and helped immensely!

could be individually a little more decor

Great in theory but cant take Visa payments on the app ! Only discover and Mastercard..But they can take visa on the website why the difference? It really makes something completely convenient and makes it super frustrating

For some reason it has a problem with my bank

The app runs smooth and very easy to use. However, through the app MasterCard and Discover are the only accepted cards which is very inconvenient for someone who only has Visa cards.

This is the easiest and most convenient way for me to pay my bill! I wish I would have set up better notifications sooner so that I didn't miss a payment for July. But I remedy the situation

Works good. Able to pay my bill, look at previous bills, compare bills from last year. So far happy with the app.

I appreciate the convenience of this app. It definitely eliminates a lot of hassles or calls to customer service etc.. thank you for helping me better understand my bill as well!

Very easy to use app. Nearly a one touch payment format. Quick and easy usage comparisons.

Works well. Easy to access if I'm away from my pc. Runs quick can get what you need to know fast. Recommended for all paperless billers

I'd like to go to the site vs. installing another app. The app is fine, I've used it, but would like the ability to log in online like before. Can you please add a link for your website?

I love the app because it's so easy for me to pay my bill every month. A couple of click's and it's paid!! Keep up the good work WPS!

Way easier to navigate through then the Website, Easier to pay for Online and easy to see the breakdown of everything.
