App is very slow. each notification takes over 15-20 seconds to open. Sometimes the app gets stuck on the blue screen and does not proceed. Conpare it to apps of other schools. Hard to believe that in this age, we have to encounter such a sluggish app. Don't developers have required skillset to design a faster app?
Nice app for communication with the school but I would like a user interface that is more organised (for example:- If I click a group, it would show me subfolders like common, mathematics, english etc). That makes it way easier to access notices.
after i called the number given below,my issue wqs addressed immediately and they solved the issue. thanka for the support . one suggestion is to improve the UI experience. not able sign in. getting the error message "not authorised to use the app". pathetic experience . and worse than older version
The app keept crashing. i had a lot of issues. The developers called me and understood the problems and fixed the issues from their end. Thanks. The app works well now.
It is over all a good app but there is one thing that I don't like about this app. I have IOS devices as well as Android devices, when I open a document attached on the app on IOS it opens the document in Safari without downloading but in android it needs to download and it covers the space of mobile. Please fix it
No notifications not app gets auto updated.. everytime it needs to uninstalled and installed.poorly managed app both on iOS & Android I tried calling parul & school. Blame game continues
Hi, I'm unable to open any PDF files in the app. All files are either corrupt or shorten the name _mesaage shown every time. Please assist as school session starts from June. Thanks

Very poorly maintained app. No idea how and who is maintaining the same. One feature of the app works on one phone and the same doesn't work on another phone though both are on same android version as well as same version of the app is installed.
App is not good. Speed is to slow. Does not get notice on time. Rating should be zero but there is no options for it. There is no call to understand app issue and still issue exist. There was no phone call made to understand the issue as stated on 27/04/2020
The app shows current date & time instead of actual date & time. i.e. Suppose any msg received on Dec 21, 2018 and I am unable check, after few hours I checked msg the app shows that time.. July 19, 2020 Sir/ma'am, Still above problem not yet resolve, 2yr passed.
From past few days, we are not getting notifications on the phone..kindly look into the this.. Confirmed with other parents as well..no one is getting notifications on their phone
Notifications marked read, still automatically and frustratingly turn into unread. Have faced this problem multiple times.. and still needs developer's attention and need a proper fix
Less interactive, difficult to understand the group where messages are displaying.. Not having any pages in faq, not able to find my child registration number anywhere in the app.. This app is waste where no info is available for your child.
App is not at all user friendly. It doesn't have option to raise any issue with school administration. Thanks for your reply, in that case your app name should be generic and not wisdom school app. Apart from this push notifications are also not coming
I had faced some issues regarding installation of the app.. but the technical team was very quick to act and solved my problem within seconds. Thank you for such a quick response.
Word documents are uploaing in the app. After downloading document data for hindi and marathi are converted into unreadable format. Please look into it. Also, please try to upload assessment docs using pdf instead of word docs.
App is okay but the VOLP Classtoom isn't userfriendly in this lockdown period. Adding the events with id's is a daily tedious activity. School needs to make schooling training easily accessable, seamless so that students can attend training easily and doesn't miss classroom training. Its like everyting parents have to do it. From managing computer, internet access, connecting to class and sitting next to kids to make sure continious connectivity.
Not able to 'View' PDF document. Getting error ' Can't open the file'. Also, there is no option to download the PDF documents.

How can I install this app on my chrome book as Chromebook support most of the android apps or is there a way to access this app on windows desktop. Using mobile for every single detail is not feasible.
This app is ment only for wisdom world school students, it helps teachers to send important notices on this app. thus students here are very punctual and alert of every notice, good app.
I am not able to download the attachment from the app...I have checked all the permissions regarding this application but didn't get solution.
The app is so buggy and slow. I can't search on the list of members. All I can do is just check the notice.
I have downloaded the new version. However the message still remains highlighted after reading it.
Read messages are shown unread. That need to be improved.
The notification do not notify and even if we have read the notice the unread symbol still remains which irritates alot....

After a year I am again writing this review, still I am not getting any notification in app. and no one has contacted me to resolve this. No notification received. I missed many messages from school due to that. Can not open worksheets and homework sheet in my mobile, however I have office installed at my phone. Not happy with the app performance.
