I found that individual apps with Android 10 have battery optimization by default. And it isn't working great with this app.......doesn't know when to let it work. If favors battery life. You can tutn off individual apps optimization.......this brought back notifications. Not needing to refresh every minute. There are still some issues of the restaurant not receiving the order.......could be something to do with the battery optimization on their side I'm not sure......turn off optimization .
How in the world is this app second only to Spotify in storage space use?? It's literally just text on the user end and I can't comprehend how messaging orders between 4 parties requires more storage space than something like a game full of graphics and massive chat capabilities. I've had to force restart so many times, it crashes, you can't change notification sounds, night mode is the only visual option you can change, and the signature box wrappings are weird.
As a driver just recently started getting a message saying "you dont seem to be mapping". also my manager says that distance is calculated linear so sometimes milage and quote times are off slightly compared to if the would be calculated in actual drive time and distance since Google maps is integrated into the software I'm not sure why it isn't calculating it that way. Seems that it would give more accurate information to customers as well as to the drivers, along with appropriate fees.
This app gets worse by the day. I cannot communicate with dispatch. It continually logs me in/out. I need to know how to turn Wisdom off so it doesn't always tell me I'm not mapping... even when I am. How to I give this app -5???
The app does its job but barely. It freezes, loses connectivity even when I have a strong phone signal. It also gets into a loop of saying 'You do not appear to be mapping...' for days or weeks at a time. It's crazy that there haven't been any updates for three years.
I would really like the app to override whatever else is running on my phone. It would make it much easier to get the order. Also, it would be extremely nice if it would show the amount that we are making. Doordash has it where you can see the amount that you were making always without having to calculate it.
This app is terrible. I've missed out on orders several times. It doesn't display them even after pushing refresh. When I finally do receive one and messages, they all come through at once. Its highly annoying. The creators of this app need to seriously revamp it.
absolutely fails it what it does on a regular basis. never received notification on time constantly inundated with a barrage of alerts once it finally does access its own server to let me know of the notifications far after the job has been done. This app needs serious work and I absolutely hate using it for work
Functional, but CONSTANTLY loses mapping, forcing me to restart the app every 5 to 10 minutes- the only reason I don't give it a 1 star is that the inconvenience is merely annoying. I've emailed the devs about it and never got a response, leading me to believe this app is abandonware.
Not working with my new phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android 8.1. I'm not receiving any notifications and have to constantly hit refresh to get an order. The app isn't automatically coming up when the dispatchers log me in also.
One of the worst delivery apps i have ever used. Doesn't take count of delivery times when sending drivers, doesn't properly calculate closest driver(sends you across town for pick up then sends you back across town for delivery). If this app took into account the delivery times with how far the driver is from the restaurant, it would help tremendously.(when gpsdrivetime == pickup time), (driverestimateddropoff - drivetime == timetilpickup) Fixing this would help drivers, company's, and customer
No longer gives notifications when new order has come in, cant hear sound when new orders come in. I'm now getting text messages for every order and that's just to much going on and you cant read text while driving. It's just terrible now! Please fix app!
Constantly tells me I am not mapping. Often loses connectivity or something because I end up getting text messages instead of messages in the app and that's very inconvenient and annoying.
This app got me fired. Cause my phone to glitch and not notify me even though all my settings were on. I have to have my power saver on to charge my phone while installed. My phone died last night on the charger. The application does work but it is glitchy on the Galaxy 7 which I own.
This app has started to refuse to refresh itself at all unless I tell it to, and that's hurting my ability to take orders, and this app hasn't been updated in two years. As soon as I find an alternative, I'm going to recommend my company switch over
Once app is downloaded it will not open. Have done all the suggested remedies but nothing has worked. I can receive texts from dispatch if they have me logged on but can not use the app itself.
It works ok for me. I JUST WANT AN ALERT WHEN THE TIMER RUNS OUT!!
Our company has used this app for years but after this recent update the driver's no longer receive notifications when the dispatchers send them a message or when they receive an order please fix it this is a very important feature
Everything is great but we have so many problems with drivers not receiving notifications...even when everything is checked properly.
I have had allot of problems with this app recently. Cannot get my notification s in a timely manner. Orders not coming thru , or messages. Its absolutly rediculous.
I have to constantly refresh the app myself or else I don't get notified of an incoming order. Definitely annoying and kills my battery.
0 stars. Application has issues that have been around for multiple years while the company I work for has used it that the creator shows no intention on fixing whatsoever. They change layouts to make things more difficult to see, but they don't fix basic problems that keep happening. Restaurants and drivers both constantly don't receive orders sent to them by dispatch, which cause a lot of problems when an order is 20+ minutes old and it hasn't even been started. Garbage app altogether.
