The App is free and easy to use. Here's what you can access:
•Wise Provider Locations: Easily find addresses, maps, estimated drive times and phone numbers for Wise Provider locations.
•Wise Provider Physicians: Obtain addresses, maps and phone numbers for primary care or specialist physicians.
•Wise Urgent Care, Hospital and ER locations: Too often, customers will head to the emergency room with a sick child, wait two hours to be seen and then realize they could have visited an urgent care center and paid a lot less. In situations like these, customers can now use this new mobile App.
The App is extremely easy to use. Rates from your wireless service provider do apply.

I keep trying but this app is awful. doesn't work
They seriously print and distribute flyers and cards advertising a completely broken useless app
For a couple of years now I have periodically downloaded and uninstalled this app. It would be so nice to be able to locate providers for my family. The app never works and I and up having to call in. The website doesn't even work.
Used to work. Now it crashes every time I open it so I can't even use it. Shouldn't have updated
This app would be a great addition to my healthcare if it actually worked. It freezes up and crashes every time I try.

FIX THIS APP! It didn't work. Opened to (select group, it opened {there was an error with this request! Exception occurred during invocation of web service}), I couldn't do anything, so I deleted. If you find out what is wrong tell me.
Freezes no matter what options you choose
The app works fine on my V10. Simple, easy to use. The biggest change that needs to happen is more info on the doctors. I end up having to use a website to get more info on the doctors that I find on this app.
The last version of this app, was horrible. This is actually pleasant.
Worst app I have ever used. Rarely opens and when it does it crashes right away. But I guess we shouldn't expect any less from Wise and their horrible health coverage.

For my galaxy s3, this app does not work at all. It goes into an endless loop of set location-select group-select location.
App has not worked for quite awhile.
The flow of this app is really bad. After selecting my group, why doesn't it go directly to selecting my location, then to the search screen? Same bad design s their website though.

I tried all the buttons and couldn't get any search results. If it works, I couldn't figure it out and I'm usually pretty good at figuring stuff like this out. I could get it to show me a list of groups and I could get it to let me enter my location. I couldn't get it to do anything else. No results, nothing.
Limited categories. Doesn't say who my insurance Co is. Weak

Totally unusable-just keeps saying it has stopped working.
Why the heck do I need to select my group every time?! Ridiculous! Now it crashes every time since I upgraded to lollipop. Please fix!
