I really wish I had researched this product before purchasing it. The cameras are great IMO but monitoring things while you are away from home using the app is impossible. The app crashes constantly. When it does work, it displays old frames not real time. Trying to refresh the frames only cause it to crash. As I mentioned the camera quality is great but if you want to view what's going on in real time while you are away from home don't buy this system.

The app used to work until recently, with limited functionality. I suppose it was the update they released that caused the app to stop working....the cameras and dvr still work, but we can no longer view them from our phones which essentially make the system worthless. The app never allowed concurrent logins, which was inconvenient and it also didn't allow you to only view motion events, you had to know the time and go to that exact time. They are definitely better systems. Please fix the app!

It would be nice to be able to fast forward, rewind, slow mode, and also with the cloud, the storage runs put within a month with the highest plan. To continue to record, you have to manually delete 45 clips at a time. Very annoying, we have a theft problem and this interface makes it near impossible to catch someone. Just when you think you got them you realize you used the 100gb of data that was purchased. Hopefully I find another program that works better, unless wisenet corrects itself.

Going to give it a 3... it linked up immediately but...the app itself is lackluster. Some of the other Wisenet apps are more friendly and eye catching. Better buttons options to get you to the area you want to go. Needs work or an update. But, I'm happy it works!!! Guess that's the most important thing.

Worthless! We've had the 8 camera wired in system and the app only worked for a couple of months AT MOST! 🤬 We got the message that we had to update the software which required a flashdrive download on a computer then plugged into system to load. It worked for about 24 hours and has not worked since without having to have the main system plugged up to the tv to view. Such a waste of money!

I do NOT like this app. It only allows me to use wifi to see my cameras even though my phone has unlimited data and Hotspot. It's not easy to use. You can switch between cameras easily. The older version of this app was MUCH better. I'm going to have to call customer service and see what can be done. Fingers crossed.

Totally not reliable! The whole system is an awful mess. The app only works 40% of the time. It is slow to access the cameras when it does work. And why can't you figure out how to allow more than one user at a time like my old 10 year-old system allowed. It was 100% reliable and useable. This system claims the cameras are offline all the time while still sending notification that movement is detected. The web app for the pc isnt much better. This is the worse system I have ever bought!

This app is a terrible waste of space. It hardly ever works, and when it does, it barely works. My cameras freeze and skip around the whole while although I have an excellent internet connection. It also only allows one user at a time, which sucks! I'm definitely not happy with this!

The app work fine on my old Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, no problems ever. I just got a new Galaxy a32 5g phone the app loads I get the camera boxes, when I tap on the box it asked me for the administrative password. I put it in and it doesn't work. It keeps indicating retry. I called the wisenet help desk they said they have problems with the Samsung a type phones. They need to come up with a fix. It defeats the purpose of having the security cameras especially if you can't look at them.

I have the SNR-73207W and can no longer access my cameras. I receive "logged out. Log in again" when trying to access a camera view. This started happening suddenly on 4/25/2022. There us no one available for tech support. It used to work great.

The app doesn't work very well with the cameras, horrible customer service a TOTAL trash of a product if you can view them live. The cameras work perfect and look clear, if someone's is always going to be at home; but if you are a busy person and you want to keep sn eye on your property this is NOT f ok r you. Fix the app and give access to multiple users.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. The app no longer works. It says cameras are disconnected which they are not. We e-mailed Wisenet about the issue and have yet to receive a response. Edit: I got them to work without the help from customer service after almost a year. I would still give this app 0 stars. The cameras take way too long to load and overall the app is so laggy. Don't waste your money on these cameras they're not worth it.

The camera system works fine, its just the app sucks.It won't let me or my parents login to the app even though we already created an account on the app. Whenever my dad was able to log on, it logged him off and said that his email is invalid every time he tried to log on. Not only was it saying our email is invalid but that our password is incorrect, which it isn't. I'm not sure why the app is doing this. This is a huge annoying problem. Please fix this.

Pure garbage! A major downgrade from the older wiseview app. This app is completely inferior in comparison. -NVR features not available(light on/off) -Terrible display quality only(no sub/main) -Horrendous playback mode -no time stamp displayed dyring playback -pauses after seconds(no continue button) -no playback speed options(1x only) -playback only 1 cam at a time -Completely useless starting screen(not live) with non-updated images for each camera and no useful options. SHAMEFUL

How am i suppose to update when the page is unresponsive to even do anything? Also when i touch on an image box its shows the loading circle and then the app crashes over and over and over.

App sucks. It dose not work. Loaded with glitches. I got a new phone Pixle 6 pro cameras won't load on my phone at all. I've tryied reaching out 2 times to costumers service someone overseas can't understand me and promised to fix. Well it's a been a year now. March 16th 2022. Don't buy this set!

Getting a new phone resolved the remote viewing issues. The other was only a couple years old. There is still issues with cameras dropping off monitor. Switching camera Connector positions sometimes helped. Certainly expected better quality equipment for the price of the system.

Its, ok. Just ok, though nothing more. When I want to look at my camera's I want to quickly ! I dont want to have to log back in and most of time the app signs you out. Also, no way to view just "motion" events. There is an icon for that feature, but it's not selectable

Still no update. LTE connection cycles off any time I try and access a camera within app on my pixel 6 pro. Not sure if this is an issue with Android 12 or something else but it renders my camera system nearly useless.

So upset that this app only allows one user at a time to log in. We have to constantly get kicked out to remote view anything. NOT COOL!!! This needs to get updated. Please. Cameras were easy to set up. Picture is not as clear as they advertise. Overall we are satisfied and look forward to being even more satisfied with updates on this app.

This app sucks! I use the Wiseview for my house & it is 1000 times better. If I knew this system was going to use a different app I would never have bought it. Playback is easier to navigate & the live feed updates as soon as I open the Wiseview. On this app I need tap on each camera to update the live feed & the playback for events never works. Very disappointed.

Cameras are great, but very disappointed the app doesn't show live for all cameras on the main screen, you need to get into split screens to see a live stream. I would rate it 5 stars if it could do that. Great system, just needs a better live stream app!

I works beautifully. I get notifications on my phone when motion sensors tripped. Very convenient when you have to look for something that happens, this gives you exact time and date with the event. I would highly recommend this app and security system.

Great idea, but the app is garbage. It constantly logs you out or won't connect. I love the camera system, but the app needs a lot of help to be reliable! If I had known the app was soo bad before I bought the camera system I would have bought a different brand!!!!

This app work perfectly on my pixel 3XL. Now that I've upgraded to pixelpro 6 that will not work at all. It shows the cameras but they are grayed out. When I retry it continues deathloop and I never get anywhere near never displays just like many of the other users here that have complained.

if more than 3 camaras motion goes off in a segment the app goes offline on phone with message stating network device unstable check connection. when check all is ok just changing from night visual to day visual. pure headaches with app n techs is of no use their everyday response " it's your preference ". Full of regrets on purchase due to no help on issues.

This app is horrible. Every time you open it up, you have to sign in. My wife and I can't use the app at the same time like Samsung ipolis. And you have to on touch an icon to see active camaras. That was automatic on the samsung ipolis app. And this is suppose to be an upgrade from that app. Wisenet needs to update this app to more user/users friendly. Multiple users at the same time would be appreciated. Staying logged in would help also. Updates can fixed the problem.

terrible I got this system for my work so when I get a call from the alarm company I can check the cameras so they dont have to dispatch police if nothing is wrong. When the app doesnt work and you live 30 minutes away the police have to go to the location for nothing. The DVR from the last system went bad but no other issues with it other than that. Samsung is garbage thats why I dont buy their products personally but I was in a pinch when I got this system. Live and learn I guess.

garbage, this app need created an account that has to share to all device that want to view, and only 1 person can view it at a time. 😡😡 I got wiseview and Swann on other system, they work great, no need to login account, many people can view camera at the same time. This app is trash, im going to bring this back for refund.

Pure garbage. It's no wonder I got this product on discount. Cant log in without paying for cloud. World clock is always 5 to 6 hours off. You can reset but always go back to off time so not legally usable in court should you get robbed or need in any safety sense. Connects at first without wifi anywhere then blanks out unless on wifi. Pure garbage. Spend the extra 300 for a real system with costumer service and all.
