Wisenet mobile

The previous version worked well. I am a dealer/installer and have many customers' systems configured. The new version shows the list of systems but I have no access to the cameras, can't manage the setup, etc. App appears to keep crashing. Cannot use it as is, so hopefully it will be corrected soon.

Works for me. Theres an issue where the NVR will stop broadcasting on the port i selected. I have to log into the nvr and switch back tonport 80 then to the port im using and it works again. I have since disabled auto updates on the nvr and it hasnt happened again. This app does not work with systems like Google Wifi. I switched to UniFi and now have no issues with port forwarding and acessing remote other than the described port problem. I have signed up for the ddns service as well.

No longer able to use mobile phone to view cameras. Everything worked well for a month then the last few weeks we have been unable to access any image from our mobile phones. The whole point of buying this system was to view what was going on while away. We Will be returning this to Sam's Club if the issue doesn't resolve soon. Tried resetting and unistallimg and reinstalling the app with negative results.

Works but only over WiFi. Works much better than the old one. However if I switch to mobile data it just does not show any video. Not sure if there is a setting anywhere but I cannot find it. If I turn a WiFi hotspot on another mobile (same mobile network) and connect to it then it is fine, it is as if it really only wants to work when WiFi is on.

Most of the time does not work with my note 20. When it does work, it seems to be a good app but not very user intuitive.

The APP either crashes or doesnt open cameras "live" like it did 3 months ago. Very disappointing for such a pricey security system for our business 😕

Please fix the bugs during playback on Android and I'll happily change my rating to 5 stars immediately. This bug makes the investment in your cameras a complete loss. I'm using the app on a Galaxy Note 10+, and the most current version of the app.

I am certified to install Wisenet cameras, this app is great when it works for a single system but it need some operational polish work. It take too long to load when it can't find cameras or NVRs that are not present on the network. It shouldn't do that when you immediately start the app. If you manage multiple sites this is not a time saver. Please improve so that its not a time hindrance to load.

Simply trash. Why waste your money on a Samsun (Hanwah) DVR that you can't connect to. The app installs on my Android phone.. yes it's a Samnsung.. The app crashes repeatedly.. Miserable. . Uninstalled it. Tried three times.. same result.. Sending back the TWO Hanwah HRX-1620 DVR's I purchased due to this. I'll have to go somewhere else to get two 16 channel DVR's that I can actually log into and use the app. . What junk.

As of January 10th, 2019, the current version will not work probably with Moto Z Droid on Android 8.0. Unable to auto connect to NVR, but if manually added you do get a camera list, but nothing other than that. Phone is nonrooted.

Can't set it up using both "local" (lan IP) & "away" (ddns) as u can/could with the ipolis app. Gives u the "device is already registered" nonsense. The reason for setting a "local" & "away" is that when u are on your home network it connects via lan ip & when when you are away on carrier data, u can access it via ddns. U have to choose only one now, access while on home wifi or carrier data. Only way around this is local ip/vpn. Why can I not set up both like the ipolis app did?

Edit: Latest update broke it again. I have my own DDNS why can't the app accept that for the camera address? Can't view my cameras from outside since updating today. Tried deleting and adding again. Not my network since I can connect with an outside PC just fine.

Garbage! Unreliable, full of bugs. Works 20% of time. Poor support. Slow to load. Use this for my office. Different app from different company for my home, works 99% of the time.

installed then surprised there is no user login or register

Keeps crashing or freezing up. Won't load history. We installed cameras for security, but this software is useless since it keeps crashing.

help. i can view my cameras on my old phone but when i switch to my new one it trys to load the camera but it doesn't pull anything up then it times out and says retry. i was using this app. then i switched to the live app but that doesn't let me view them outside of my house which has no point. pls help ive tried the port change and reseting the dvr and changing accounts but nothing works

Previously on my samsung tablet I could leave this app open 24/7 displaying live video. With the latest version it keeps exiting the app on it's own.

This is the worst software of this kind I have used. Buggy app that keeps crashing. To solve the problems Hanwha just keep deleting my review.

This app is very unstable. When I open and select a camera, it would just quit. Hope Hanwha would improve this app once and for all considering their security systems are far more expensive than other good brands.

Refuses to ooen. Have to carry OLD phone and depend on wifi from company.

Garbage. Doesn't even work, local network or across WAN, with their own products. Hey, it's about as good as their Wisenet product line itself though, so the consistency is nice.

App continuously crashes seconds after launching. Cannot do anything. Extremely frustrating. Very poor app.

Could use some additional features. Also, it seems that when viewing the camera from the main box in-store the viewing area is larger than what is available on the mobile app. However, I have not had any issues using the app.

Playback has stopped working... You can watch live video... But when playing back a particular time... It starts to load and then times out...!

Nice update but needs some work. When viewing events screen and playing back, you can't pause and zoom in digitally or capture the paused image
