Wisepilot - GPS Navigation

I have made a purchase for premium, and the app didn't verify the payment so for that it doesn't add the premium option, in meantime the aount was charged by google pay and my credit card. I sent an email to apello and they didn't answer me.

I got ripped off so many times when I try to subscribe for and Google process the payment and confirmed but the app said can't complete with error, I tried contacting The dev many times with auto response"we'll fix it"still nothing,I spent many times and it's always The same thing, I want The dev to refund all my money and for google to remove it from the store,this company is a Ripp off 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The payment was taken, received confirmation by email, yet the app says 'payment could not be verified', what a con!

I have tried Waze and few more others and so far Wisepilot is the best, it simple, user friendly and no hassle

An app like this that needs access to my sim card. No way .... 🙄

My money went through but no premium subscription.

Charge for in-app purchases but never received and no refund and no reply to complaints from Apello and Google.

This had been a brilliant app that I had been using for over 10 years when I got a new phone I sent the email to transfer my account to my new phone but not work on premium since and then a few weeks ago the map went grey and a message saying this service has been discontinued. This is a real shame as I had hundreds of places bookmarked now I will never find them again. Does anyone know if it is no longer available or am I just have communication problems?.

I have been using this app for over 4 years. and the app is getting worst. no more web portal to manage your favorites, and then no more being able to use offline maps... I Purchased offline maps for 10 years and one day I find out it is discontinued???? your app doesn't even support offline operation but I loved to use it despite many other competing apps in the market that offer fully functional offline maps and navigation. and you guys getting even worst by every update. Theft and not respecting us.

You can't find place you are looking for and it is wasting your time don't load this app.

Don't buy this app if you are changing phones because you'll lose your subscription. Apello Closing off my issue prematurely and Lack of email response. They don't appear to care about contractual obligation6s.

Excellent app, got lost due to Google Maps losing GPS fixings every 10 seconds. Downloaded this app in the middle of no where and got me to my destination!!!

Please release new update. The last update has ruined it. Always closes when app opened.

Add voice navigation to walking mode.

Regular temporary service not available become always not available.

I am in India. But it shows me at UK.

This app have a hard time deciphering address. It always states a misspelling. I wouldn't recommend it

It can navigate correctly. But not the shortest route always. And there is no way to choose a different route.

I am uninstalling that because it cannot find any address I'm going to

I like the app a lot but I don't like the fact that it doesn't give you alternative routes, it just calculates the "fastest route" and you forced to believe it. Give me options

I had this app for my sony. Best navigation i have ever used. Just downloaded for my Samsung but none of my previous upgrades have come through. please help... using same google account as before...
