Wish Local - For partner stores

This app has some major problems, the last 2 days it has taken forever to open up & load so I uninstalled it. Wouldn't allow me to log back in, so I changed the password & it kept on saying unexpected error, so I kept on trying, every time it would say successful but shortly after it would follow with an unexpected error, I just closed it out & the password worked but when I actually got this app to open, all of my past history for the sales & the current balance is no longer there.

I uninstalled this app. I had ordered a few items. they took forever to get to me. I wear XL but they fit like mediums which was not at all. I had no idea they were shipped from China. and there was no way to exchange the items for the proper size. I gave 1 star and that was stretching it.

Worst app ever. I ordered something well over 2 months ago. The money was gladly taken yet i have never once received a confirmation of order or any kind of notification. Cant find any trace of the order on the app to question it oh and i havent received the items either. A total rip off and money racket avoid like the plague.

Scanner doesn't work. When brought up to their attention they just brush it off and tell me it's my problem. I used over 6 different phones to make sure still cannot scan. They don't seem to care that there is an issue. So I'm uninstalling and no longer working with wish. Sorry, not sorry.

There's no customer service. The tutorial is vague and doesn't cover possible issues, pay schedules, how to set store hours... The video doesn't include how to inventory the items so you can find stuff easily. Everything comes in packages with no pictures and vague descriptions, if you can read the labels. Labels are faded and printed poorly. Customers become angry and wish support doesn't help. They don't pay what they say. No good what so ever!

Zero customer service. They send packages with invalid codes so there is now way to check in the shipments. But then repeated email to help desk go unanswered. Thought it would be a good addition to our business but I was terribly wrong.

I import products from all over the world. Unless you have an employee in China representing you and verifying the quality of your product you will get screwed half the time. QC in China is very different in the USA. Flip a coin on any of your purchases, they will get it right about half the time. I give Wish two stars because Wish should understand very well who they are selling to and still getting it wrong half of the time. Their standard should be higher than the rest of China.

App is good for the most part however I need to add to my adress because packages are not getting to mailing address opposed to my physical ( no delivery) unless it is delivered by others besides usps. It says to change adress in the support hub tab but the tab does not exist on the app...

I used wish plenty of times and every time I've never had issues and now I cant login at all. Whats worse is that after their new update, it doesnt give the "forgot password" option to obtain or creat a new password to login with. So I'm forever out from with buying from wish anymore I ges.

App is flawed. It switched tone different language on it's own. It often freezes when scanning bar codes. It's frustrating. Takes 24-48 hours for support response. They need to go back to labeling by customer names not codes

Since February, no customer service to fix the issue Bad customer service, have been waiting for days to fix the app. Just suddenly stopped working. Very frustrating. When you have customers wanting their packages

I have this app on my phone and I ordered some stuff right around the beginning of the pandemic after waiting to receive the items I ordered.. that I NEVER RECEIVED. I STARTED ASKING FOR A REFUND... SO THEY WANT THE FULL PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER 😑😒 BUT WON'T GIVE ME ALL THE MONEY BACK AT ONCE. REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 😠NOOT!!!

I downloaded the app now it won't open every time I open it it just goes back to the home screen where I started I would really like to start using their program but it looks like I can't hopefully they can resolve this issue soon

Absolutely the worst app for small businesses. Zero support after taking the time to post my items. Nothing shows up in my local area store. Absolutely zero customer support within app and after sending multiple tweets to wish local twitter....zero response. This app is a joke. Wish is just a Chinese scam site selling counterfeit items anyhow.

Charged twice for 5 orders. No phone support, chat suport reply only after 2 days. Chat support just send some predefined replies and close the case. Suport don't properly read the issue, dont check bank statements. I have filed bank dispute to get the amount refunded. Worst support.

This service is great other than shipment number not matching who they belong to, it tells ppl orders are here, that are not. Unless the company scammed them sending the wrong item. Its super hard to help customers get the right packages. Since no Names full, wrong shipment numbers, packages saying different items than they are, companies sending wrong items, items marked checked in that are not here, and we can't decifer since no numbers match. Example: Shipment number on my pH, shipment # on

Hey..it's Wish! You should already know ahead of time that you're not going to be getting Gucci or Louis Vuitton. It takes a while for your items to come from overseas...BUT! For the little things I do get from Wish, I absolutely love it. Now they have an option to buy things from within my country and I can choose what type of shipping I want to pay for. I've always been able to get a refund if the items were not up to my liking. Never a hassle. I will never stop buying from Wish.

The app has 3 weeks not working my clients are upset i can't hive them their parcels, the app doesn't open. I emailed wish a lot of times but nothing is fixed.they have no phone number were to call if you have any problem. Last message from them was to change mobile phone ...like i am gone buy a new phone just for wish app. Very disappointed not recomend at all.

Wish is the best shopping app, but there's a mistake. You can't login in your account. And when you try to change password it says "account does not exist". Please fix it, it would be much better. Thanks for the great app.

I have an inventory of hundreds of pieces but it is very very difficult to upload my inventory because, the photos are deleted, the quantity of each item that I want to put online is deleted, it is very stressful to work with this application, if the operation is not improved I will have than to leave it and I will not receive any more packages

App was amazing until this last update. I cannot see anything in the home tab. My delivery and pickup information has disappeared along with my listed inventory in the inventory tab.

I had to uninstall the app then reinstall. Now i cant get back on the app. I need this for my business and cant access it. I tried to redo a password it wont send the request. I email twice customer support and nothing back

Very good way to get good stuff cheap prices, which I have purchased from WISH myself and been happy to keep recommending it to anyone I know, exactly how good it is. Especially when it is items that are not really available in the UK.

Is not easy to navigate to my account information. I can't change my information. Have to call in. Some people don't like to call And I'm one of them. Is best to do everything online not through phone.

Absolutely horrible. After 2 months, they are still not approving my valid business due to constantly changing reasons like store photo or business address, both of which are 100% valid. However, I see pics of run down homes, clearly don't have business licenses, and logos vs pictures. How is this possible? Getting anyone to actually assist has been impossible. Starting to think wish is a scam.

One week now no one in my office can open app says oops and nothing we turned phones on off jnintall reinstall have a stack of packages and can't issue them to anyone because we have no way to scan them in logged in online doesn't have any info for packages we have. My personal business will get a bad rep really quick in my small town if people can't get their orders from us. I see others have the same problem ... But it's been a full week we got an email saying it's fixed it's NOT

I am new to Wish. The registration process is easy. listing your items also is straight forward. I love it! Easy steps and smooth to use the App.❤💫

I have given all the details needed and trying to download the app is what am having issues with, after my registration am being notified that the APP will soon be installed in my phone but till now nothing is forth showing up and I have tried and tired all my effort is in vain, that's why I rate a 2 star to show for my comment

Wish use this service to mess with local business. The app is very buggy and local businesses get left with 10s if not hundreds of uncollected parcels at their store! You get 50p per collection, however they push this to shops like hairdressers, barbers, cafes, bike shops etc. So you then get pulled away from your work to spend 5 minutes finding a parcel (which used to be by name, now by 6 digit code) for the customer. Would not recommend!
