Wish - Shopping Made Fun

Love the products & I'm glad they made it where you can actually get your items within a reasonable time frame...BUT with all the complaints about shipping fees it looks like that would be something they change it stops a lot of people from buying stuff from them. Myself included. I think it's very unbusiness like to not even respond to these complaints, but whatever, that's there loss. I mean it where you only have one shipping fee for all purchases instead of per item, that is just ridiculous

I love WISH!!! It's one of my favorite apps!! But, they do charge TOO much for shipping for most items, which is a shame. Especially, small items that shouldn't cost that much. I would of given 5 stars but, took one off because of shipping. I would Definitely would buy more if it wasn't for the expensive shipping costs. But, I do still love this app.

Update: Wish is a rippoff. They charge more for shipping than the cost of the item so if you send it back you will not get all your money, since they don't refund shipping charges. You may end up paying even more in shipping, if you send it back. They ship all in one package but charge per item shipping. Time to stop supporting China people. Their clothes don't fit anyway. App does not sync across devices.

Watch shipping costs. They can make items more expensive than going to a local discount store. I've run into this a number of times. Overall Wish is a good app with good products. It could be a great app & I would buy even more if there was free shipping over a certain dollar amount or a discount per item when buying a number of the same items. Currently shipping costs per item are the same whether you buy 1 item or 10 items.

The shipping fees should be one fee if I'm ordering multiple items from the same vendor. The price is totally different from what's under the pictures. The pictures are different the items most of the time. ALWAYS LOOK AT THE PICTURE THE CUSTOMERS PUT IN THE REVIEWS!! So as you see weigh your options!!🥰

Good prices for the most part. Not the cheapest place to purchase. They charge too much to ship items. Example an item can cost $5.00 or less and the shipping fee is $10-$15.00. Its a lot when you are just purchasing 1 item. In addition to it taking 12-28 days for it to arrive for Some items. Not worth it to me.

I've had issues with Wish and other companies actually and no matter what the problem the customer service has always been impeccable here but not so much elsewhere. I wish the shipping could be a little faster with what they charge but I know I'll always walk away smiling when my order arrives. $36 for a professional pod-cast mixer with tons of effects, rechargable, strong, 6 volume controls, noise cancelling, a million colored lites flashing, great sound & it's Bluetooth. Yeah, I'll be back.

Have had some wonderful purchases with wish, however, some have been really bad with false advertising. Be wary of what you buy, especially clothing. Other than that one disappointing experience, and the drop in freight costs, I am super happy. Edited to say...recently I am having some pretty annoying issues when I open the app and I get the dreaded loading dots, which can go on for hours.

I tend to treat Wish like an online dollar store. The items aren't generally the best quality, but for the most part you get what you pay for and there's a lot of things that are overpriced elsewhere that you can get on Wish for a fair price. Their refund policy is pretty good if there's an issue with your order. I don't tend to order the more expensive items and I'm careful with clothings because again, the quality is generally subpar, but I'm satisfied with what they offer.

Which prices are amazing! There are good quality items and there are some that just are basic items but either way their prices are exceptional. The only thing I don't like is that it takes so long to get something once you order it the ship being processed takes far too long. Then that's because a lot of items do come from China and you have to wait the time for them to ship to the US.

Love the unique items and - for the most part - the decent prices. Shipping is generally very slow, though. If you have a return , even if it arrives broken, or the wrong item or not as expected, WISH will give you a refund but still count it against you and might lock your account to where you can't return anything. Not fair when you consider the numerous times something has been wrong or damaged and beyond the buyer's control All in all....it's still fun.

Fun for a quick browse. Once you've used it for over an hour you've probably seen it all. The app poorly tries to cater to your interests in an absurd way. If you click on one item, lets say a pillow, the app will over compensate and show you only pillows letting you see no new products (not to mention the excess of similar products). Not only is browsing a chore but once you order your item, you'll be lucky if it actually arrives, and you'll be even luckier if it's as described. Also no PayPal.

I like using Wish. For the most part items are as described and arrive in good shape. Wish is quick to refund when item is not as described. Each vendor charges their own shipping rates, so be careful since Wish only ever refunded the price of the article you purchased. Shop around so that you choose the best value rather than the lowest price. For instance, I'd rather buy a $15 item + $4 shipping than $4 for for the same and $15 shipping. Same $19 spent but a refund of $15 vs $4.

love wish.. got to really look at customer reviews on products and read description of products before you purchase them. sometimes they look like full sized project but really are not the are mini sized or models . also biggest down fall with wish is how long it takes to receive you items they tend to take almost a month to arrive which really is a bummer. but for the most part with the outstanding cheap prices and the great quality of most products you can't complain.

It's my third time buying from WISH and I really love it, but the only big problem I've seen are the shipping prices, too high, they're higher than the items itself...I im buying from the same provider I have to pay shipping for each one. Can you guys improve on getting better with that matter? The items arrived ON TIME, even better, before of the programated.

I don't mind wish for small items and gag gifts. I use it often . I have to gift something, I always have many items from wish in my closet to add . They usually take 6 weeks from purchase to delivery time . I have bought so many things on it I can't even begin to count. Be cautious of their adds as some things are misleading. I always order a size up and seem to do well with that. I also always look for related items with a cheaper price and shipping.

I love shopping on this app but the reason I rated it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the amount of time it takes to actually recieve your purchases and then the shipping cost. If they made it to where you only had to pay for the product and just added free shipping on your orders then the amount of time it took to actually recieve your products would definitely be worth the wait and honestly I think that would attract more shoppers.Thats just my personal opinion tho.

Customer service ignored my messages, then there was some weirdness where I couldn't do anything in the app until I sent a photo of my ID, but whenever I tried to upload and send it to them it would come up with an error message. Couldn't contact support without confirming my ID. Wish used to be the best place to shop but recently...yeah letting all my friends and family know how I've been treated.

It was easy as it could be. I even had someone else pay the cost and shipping, so it couldn't have been any easier. To me not using the app before and wanting things the app had plenty of was awesome. I can only hope someone else will always pay the fees and shipping. That's the way it should be. No responsibilities what so ever. The American dream and then some, know what I'm saying wish doctor!!!

The worst experience ever in my life,i ordered 2 items,short S. But became for kids. The second item was 2 pieces outfit, I cannot explain how bad and poor quality, the skirt is see through due to missing another layer of fabric as it showed in the post and the top it's made for 8 years old. I asked for return with proof of pictures. they blocked me. Please stay away from this site They charge shipping as the price for the items. My money gone. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Everything I have bought are of excellent quality and range to choose, delivery never a problem...but if you should need it their customer support exceptional...the only negative are multiple same item shipping costs prices that needs to be looked into, far too expensive when buying same product of a different colour, e.g. lipsticks.. I still definitely, recommend this app for shopping....

What a horribly slow app to open. Then it says look for a code in my email.. do you want to sell items. Or do account verification. What's wrong with using my password By the time you add shipping the prices are more than Amazon. It's not the cheapest way to buy. Amazon is faster and free delivery

Used to be better. I miss the crazy stuff and crazy NSFW reviews. It was always a gamble on what you'd get. They're trying to be respectable, but bait customers with pictures of a 20 piece set of tools for $5, but then you click on the item and only the 3 piece is that price, and the 20 piece set is $30. Or a cool shirt with skulls on it for $4, but only the Small size in beige is that price and all other sizes and colors are twice as much. So still not respectable, and also no fun anymore.

Most is the same as item described however it takes months to get certain things since most comes from China. I had an issue, I ordered a telescope and after 2 months of not receiving m. I went on the app to see what was going on and it already passed the date where I could return the item that they accidentally sent me instead. I did receive other items I am ordered and one was something I did not order but I thought it was a free gift because sometimes they have sent me the wrong free gift

Shipping is a little ridiculous in my opinion. Besides that as long as you read the description and chose the correct item if multiple are listed the cover photo (AKA why you clicked on it) is normally gonna be the most expensive choice. Would be 5 stars if shipping wasn't outrageous and per item.

The only amazing thing about this app or this store is they can do the things they do and still be a business. I have ordered several times and actually got what i ordered (not on time by the way) however i received the right thing one time and it was so late I did not even want it. I had them put a refund on wish cash once and when i went back to use the wish cash my account had just disappeared, vanished like it never existed. I still have not been able to find it and that was over a year aag.

I love shopping on the Wish app. I always find quality items, fashionable fashion designer clothes. Top rated shoes, boots, etc. Wish has the most lowest prices you could ever wish for. From the bedroom closet to the kitchen sink. You can't go wrong with Wish. They have excellent customer service and support for what ever you purchase on the site. Return/Refund policy, they stand behind their products. I most definitely recommend Wish to anyone who is willing to save on everyday life products.

Application works very well. Wish is definitely a buyer beware site, though. Even if you check the description of the item prior to ordering it, you don't always get what you thought you were getting. Watch out for clothes & jewelry, in particular. I have amended this to ADD stars. Application is now better & whenever you have an issue, their customer service team is promt to resolve.

Sometimes it's impossible to find something no matter how many different ways you search and then a week later it comes up in your feed. Also more different items need to come up in the feed instead of the same thing from 20 different sellers. Lastly it would be nice if you didn't have to pay multiple delivery fees when you buy more than one of an item
