Dispatching takes too much time after the order is placed, almost 2 weeks.Try to improve that. About the app, I have few suggestions. Please try to note and improve. 1. Add Image Search Option on the Search Bar 2. Give Us the option to Sort By Ratings 3. Allow Users to upload photos with reviews on each products/catalogues. These are where the app is lacking otherwise good app but competitor apps are improving everyday. So, this is what you need to add to your next updates. A Hopeful User 😊
very bad experience. customer care doesnt pick up the call.It is always busy and automatically cuts off the call after 2 minutes. Ordered a kurti from them but before dispatching the customer wanted to cancel the order , when I checked for cancel button it was not there so I tried contacting their customer care which was even more worse. Finally the package reached the customer and the customer disapproved to accept the package .
so far excellent experience. have placed 3 orders and all delivered in time and my customers are not complaining either. wide range of quality products and its evn better than few resellers. my customer doesnt bother about price they want quality..so far so good. the only problem is sellers dont respond to our queries and also the catalogues dont carry material length inf which becomes very difficult to convince a customer otherwise its an excellent reseller hub.. too many positives to take back.
very pathetic. very worse customer management. they don't even ship the ordered items without confirmation, even after placing order. and their confirmation takes almost 7 days...! their customer care is always busy and after a long time wait on phone , the request call her automatically cut. U can't see any other reseller app so worse. purely mismanagement. after placing order also you won't know which courier they are using . nothing to say about the couriers.😡. they don't even call.
Wonderful Collections, Products are also admirable but the Delivery TAT is too lengthy, taking about 10-15 days to get delivered. Exchanges are even more. Also please make the application more user friendly. Dispatch and delivery updates are not properly displayed every time. Thus we are not able to convey exact status of the Customer's orders.
Love hunting in this Textile app, lots of cool sellers and tons of items to compare, plus a great way to make some money from your own unused clothing, shoes, and accessories. It is the best wholesale shopping app ever created.
Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with payment and invoices/bill issue, customer will not get any bill and payment made will be order amount and margin will not be added. i had spoke about it already and they cant provide solution. Not good for resellers. Its better to be as a reseller in glowroad and shop101.
I've returned the product bcoz I've ordered large size but the size smaller than Large to be n the material quality is also not good.I've raised return but they've cancelled it mentioning "As per your discussion with quality team, they have informed you that what products / catalog has been delivered you and what are been mentioned on our catalog (on app) is same I.e. fabric, embellishment & colors. So, your complaint has been rejected as given reason is not genuine"Difficult to contact them
Where did the photo search option go? And 90% catalogue we like or wishlisted its disabled. There is no variety in this app anymore. Everything thing is either disabled or only available in full catalogue. Try adding more catalogue and restock old catalogue please.
worst app ever when you purchase something they cancel the order by saying seller dont have.then why u show the product in your app..this is the only app which after purchasing says "mam we are sorry we dont have this product so we are cancelling your product"..worst delivery and they only know the word sorry...because of them i lost my 2 customer.. they have cancelled my product 4 times.they also send size mismatch..if there is fault from there side thn only return is possible disgusting app
waste of time single piece is never available on this app for name sake they show it i ordered 6 pieces of same design and it got cancelled after 2 days telling there is no stock and still they are taking booking from other people if u dont believe go check 🙏🏻. wholesale box app is much better only if they have stock they allow customers to order and their support team is far better and understanding 😀. thumbs up for wholesalebox🙏🏻
Day by day this company is getting low in terms of customer service, pricing,complain,after service.Even i m sure they are doing some kind of fraud with the GST.They send wrong and defected items and when you ask them to return they only play and say yes we are working on your request.They are only transferring call from one extention to another.once you add any product in your cart they will call u many times but if you put any return request they will not bother....now a days its fraud company.
Really nice app. Very good customer support. Payment secured. I ordered one saree. Quality is very good. Please do some fast Order dispatch and take care about delivery time. Need to add more single piece option and would like to see more types of sarees collection. Thankyou
Very poor return policy for retailers. Returned an item in May 2019, even after 3 months no refund has been received. Customer service is very slow and poorly managed. Need to learn few things from Udaan, which has much more professional approach.
Please add all the dress materials. Some more catalogues are still missing. Expecting more collections. Overall experience is good apart from cod confirmation.
Product quality is good and customer support system is very responsive But It's take little bit delevery more time period. Collection are awesome and pricing is resonable than other.
Wishbook gives us the option to place single order or bulk orders ,it gives us both cod and online payment mode, collections are good ,but only thing is if we place order some order gets delivered ,some gets cancelled due to no stock with the supplier, because of that I got cancelled of two orders due to which I lost my customers trust. But regretting to the fault on their side wishbook gave me reward points.WB should look into the matter that they should ask supplierto have adequate stock
Worst experience.. Stop fooling people.. Out of 3 pieces received 2 are defective.. All that manufacturer do is to send the damaged products received to thm by wholesalers to the people who order here on wishbook. Wish i could give a zero star to this app. Never ordering again and also asking people not to do so. Also the worst customer care. You guys are just looting money from customer.
I'm regularly buying from wishbook. only minus point is shipping time little bit delay. these days shipping charges is too high.otherwise collection is good n unique....packing is also good.
Never ever recommend to any resellers.Customer support is too horrible,will reply after 2 days .6 Out of my 7 orders cancelled,luckily delivered one.4 orders cancelled without attempting to deliver and told me customer refused it.Noone responsible at customer service to tell which courier they despatched or parcel status .Its a worst app .One thing good to tell them, they refund me for first 2 orders 🙏If you use it ,inform customer delivery time 2-3 weeks ,after that we get option for cancel it
One of the best application ,resellers can share product images on WhatsApp and Facebook, place order for single pieces and drop-ship to their buyer’s address for delivery. It is a very easy way to earn money online.....highly recommend...
Worst app and worst service... I will never recommend anyone to buy things from this app... They are really non professional... On 14/6 I ordered but still it is not dispatched not even they are answering a call. Because of their misbehave, I lost my customer... Never have blind faith on this app... Requesting all the people think 100 times before installing this app... Only good designs are not enough, service also should be good...
Very bad experience please don't sell your product on this app because wishbook is not a proper selling app Reason - 1) They not give you any return reason. 2) If you received wrong return product than u are not able to raise claim because wishbook have not this type of policy. 4) And wishbook have 30 days return policy for seller but they give return after 30 days and ask me all time please take this return and co-operate this is wrong thing and they disabled my account for this reason.
Good but prices are too high... I have doubt that they are selling first copy products because customers are not satisfied with quality of the product.... Even I brought one sari for me.. It's too bad for the quality... So how my customer will buy from me... Please improve quality
Don't buy any product in this app very poor customer response, the price is high compae to protect quality and you can't return the product ,,so many issues in this app i requesting to everyone don't buy anything i had bad experience,,
Very good app but; 1. Need lot of improvement in image search. It should be able to search without the code in it and exact same plus some similar catelogue should be displayed after searching. 2. Product are good at the cost shown before but the amount of shipping and the tax make the product price double then showed before. Do something for that. (Maybe add tax in product beforehand and show us as bill details, if you can't eliminate it and ship it within ₹39. Many does that, you also can.)
