Sometimes I go out without paying attention that I forgot my tbm ticket/card and I'm so obligated to go backhome to get it. Sometimes is even worse ! Many times I missed the last bus/tram just because I don't have time to get a ticket. With this app all my nightmares and delays are gone. Thank you guys 👍👍
Nice idea but the redirect to my banking app to confirm payment does not work. So I can't use it.
Super convenient, sometimes reads the phone from a distance if you can't get near the scanner on a full tram car.
very inconsistent performance. successfully scans about 75% of the time. could be the Bordeaux tram scanners...
Couldn't buy tickets having tried three cards (debit, credit, Amex). Rendering this app about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Great idea for travel in bordeaux but can't use an overseas credit card to purchase tickets so it is essentially useless for tourists.
Honestly, amazing. You don't even have to place the phone on the detector to validate. This is really well done

The idea is really good but it is really buggy in TBM Bordeaux transports. Works 50% of the time

It looks slick and it's easy to use. Unfortunately, Bluetooth connection is not enough to use e-ticket. It requires Internet connection and my phone provider doesn't do roaming. 😭 My 7 days Bordeaux ticket after validation (airport WiFi connection) is now unusable. I did expect this to be Bluetooth connection only as this said on website. I don't see why requires full Internet connection.
