Will not work on my new cellphone camera is awesome and still as good as most of the action cams on the market but I still want to get the app working on this new android phone please fix the app

All of a sudden, "camera not found" on 1 phone of 2, while being connected to hotspot

Constant connection problems. Don't know if it's the camera or the app but no matter what hot spot or WiFi I use, it's the same issues. This app will make you want to throw something against the wall. Just use the pc version with a direct USB connection and save yourself the frustration. Two stars for at least having a decent looking layout. Just didn't work too well.

Great wee camera. Connects fine through Wifi access point in the house, but not when using tethering from phone. Which is a shame because that is one of the main features that tempted me to this cam :( hoping an update to this app will fix this... UPDATE: Now working. Not sure I did anything different other than fully charge both phone and camera. :) have given 3 stars now as more features on app are needed.

Got this working on my galaxy s4. Had to configure the camera on my computer first and then set my phone to a mobile hotspot. Got the live feed. I am able to change and set camera settings. Bad thing is you can not record and have a live feed. Which makes this totally Useless to me. Guess gopro I go.

It used to find the camera 1 out of 20 trys now it won't find it at all. an re installing won't make it work either. Junk app

When holding samsung 7.0 tab in portrait orientation the picture appears in landscape mode. When holding tab landscape orientation the picture is in portrait mode with operation buttons. Sent email to developer, no response.

Orientation is wrong unable to change it. Videos won't play back. Just does not work properly.

I made one time a connection true the hotspot never using wifi. How I did the hot spot don't know. Not sure this App or jvc camera is the problem

I connect fine to this app from the camera but none of the videos can be saved or played back...only the pictures can be saved or played back. Tried on my Samsung galaxy s2 and a iphone 4s.

Works ok via WiFi but can't detect android hotspot network (other devices can so it is wivideo that cannot) Fail.

Not easy but I did get it you need a laptop use WiFi set up match the profile on your cell I set the cam with no password make sure your cell profile is saved to the camera put your cell on Hotspot and connect in the camera. .....good luck it took me a few times and I did up date the firmware

My new adixxion is connected to my phone but this app cant find the camera! Droid razr maxx with ics.

I haven't used this app in a while. When I tried to use it recently, it wouldn't accept the password I have written down. I can't find an option to recover or reset it either.

Used to work fine, now cant find my camera. Fix please, seen same problem months ago and still not fixed. Uninstall otherwise.

This might be a fine app. I wouldn't know because the JVC product is only PC compatible for the wifi features. #macuser

I did the same set up AMD connection using Wifi to Mobile on my Samsung galaxy tab and Sony xperia Z, both running Android 4.2.2 But it works and connects properly with my galaxy tablet, but failed to connect with "No WiFi connection to camera" message aafter inputting password and loaded for a while.. Looks like it doesn't support some mobile hardware/software? Anyone with samendmemtfor.issue?

Difficult to connect, difficult to use, and disconnect from wifi after few minutes

Echoing other reviews ... cannot achieve successful control over JVC GC-XA1 ADIXXION camera from Nexus 4 Google phone ... unlike other reviews Nexus 4 WiVideo application can "see/find" device, but can't load/take control of camera ... obviously if the application cannot achieve it's stated purpose it only deservesw 0 ro 1 star ... waste of time and money!
