Unreliable. Sometimes it works great. Other times it just locks up. Can't depend on it working, even when 3' from it and my router. And no updates or fixes in 32 months? Hello? Anybody there?
Garbage. I'm an IT guy... followed simple instructions and it won't connect to my wifi, even though it's super close to router and sees it. I unfortunately have both the Wemo and Orivibo products. Both fail to connect.
Timer function is unreliable and doesn't seem to autosync with the client. There is no manual sync function. Support requests are ignored. It seems this product has been abandoned.
Useless. No matter what device you use it just sits there waiting once you try and turn on. Tried on multiple android devices and different WiFi configurations, really poor piece of kit.
Each time I try to click on the socket via the app, it thinks endlessly about it. Have to keep force closing the app over and over until the time it randomly works. Buying an amazon version now
Doesn't work anymore. Can't even connect on the local network. It was OK till two days ago. Possibly something to do with the security breach at Orvibo servers.
how to reset password? nothing in app. nothing on your web site. how is it done? alao remote worked for long time but now no longer works. cannot reset S20 to reconfigure to new SSID and password. how to reset to factory default to try from scratch?
Horrible to use on Android 9. Cannot switch to wiwo-s20 WiFi. And switching manually you are always too late or too early....
Buggy product and apps.. Cannot connect even connect their own product. i will not buy any orvibo products from now on.. from day one got a lot of problem connecting and controlling
Don't buy this product, it is not synching and there is many problem with connecting it. And there are no references in the net about solving this issue. Be carefully
I have 3. I only pull them out for holiday lights. After getting a new phone and new wifi, they stopped working. No way to reset. Throwing them away and buying from Eufy.
App won't update. For some reason this app will not update or download. App works much better on wifi only devices.
Pretty much now unusable. Can't retrieve or save backups. Impossible to add devices in Pie.
It's a decent product but the timer used to work and it doesn't anymore. Fix this to get the 5 stars rating.
I have had an S20 socket for a number of years and I have never experienced a problem. It would be great to set it to come on at sunset. Otherwise very happy.
Rubbish. Won't even connect to the Wi-Fi Failed at the first step. And I have 4 Homemate Orvibo that do!! WiWo - useless
2 star because app had very less feature and no google assistant interoperability and it ask for time synchronization every day
Used to work fine on my Samsung S8, but since upgrading to an S10 & latest Android it is useless! :-(

Since yesterday nothing work anymore.Time out it says on every comand that I give.Until restore of functionality 1 star.After back to 5 ...
My allone don't work with this app., always says '"time out try again later!!!! Or password is wrong

Stopped Working, guess they are forcing you to buy new. Last time I buy a device without open code. First it stopped connecting to devices or allowing you to add more. Now it crashes if you try to change/edit AP/wifi. , then crashes. On an old phone without automatic updates enabled, devices work fine. The newer on I purchased also works fine (in other apps). That's why it seems purposely broken to me.
