How to use:You start by deciding if you want a standard sized icon or a large sized icon. For large icons you must set a widget on your home screen in the desired size. For a standard sized icon just start the app and select an activity. Once you have your activity selected you can go to the editor screen which is the place where you make all your adjustments.

Main Toolbar (Top):The top toolbar houses the tools selector and layers. Tap the wrench to select from different sets of functions to use to make and manipulate you icon/image. The layers can be selected independently for editing as well as be hidden. By using the included merge function you can create a very complex icon design.

Secondary Toolbar (Bottom):This toolbar holds your editing functions. The first toolbar holds you image options. These include scale, rotate, move, and image editing. The image editing function is an advanced feature where you can tint, edit brightness, add drop shadows, add many other things. The second toolbar contains your layer options such as adding image from icon packs, cropping images from gallery, camera, or texture packs, mask system that can be used as shape masks or picture frames, and the merge function. The third toolbar contains your widget options. This includes selecting activity to launch, shortcut text options, view padding, and widget backgrounds. The last toolbar is the extra options toolbar. These options include preview modes, app backgrounds which will change the editor background or main app area background, backup and restore options which can also be reached from the menu in the top right corner as well, and the share function so you can share your creations with friends, Facebook, or any other option.

We provide assets that can be used with Wizard Cut. This is a growing library of tools and resources that can be used to create more complex designs. If you have any issues please email us first as we will promptly make changes. Any other feedback is always appreciated and welcome. Please enjoy.

Nice, but fails on Smart Launcher as I cannot find/select the icons and apply them as they do not appear on the Home screen and individually editing them fails as they are not available via the gallery/photo app (perhaps due to this app failing to apply a file extension .png). They work fine in Nova Launcher but if you use a backed-up icon it adds black square behind the icon created which is very ugly and defeats the object of the user designing an icon to be just the way they want or need it to be.

You must pay to use after a few tries, and nothing really does anything well, before asking for payment I think you need to start again this looks and works like a first attempt at programming.

Should be called Icon Maker/Editor. Interface is a bit funky and unintuitive, and yeah, you gotta' pay to do more than three--BOO HOO not everything is free. It works just fine me on my Galaxy Tab S, even editing system icons, which some folks apparently have had trouble with. BTW, even though it is not listed as a compatible launcher, Apex free version works too. I simply selected the ADW option in the app.

It CANNOT create a widget for activities. Activities are actions within an app. The developer needs to look into this more before making outrageous unfulfilled claims. This is just a widget for app shortcuts.

It's great and easy to work with but it only allows you to edit two icons before you have to pay for pro. I found out when trying to save the third. I doubt anyone only has to apps on there phone since most have more than 2 to begin with.

It is an awesome app I love putting pictures of family or pets for my icons or to add color to the icon....but when you have to turn your phone off and turn it back on..half your icons disappear and you have to redo them..would give 5 stars if fixed!

Not only should you state the free part is only for like 3 icons but it would be nice to know how much its gonna unexpectedly gonna cost. Ugh I wouldn't buy this app now.

Great app if it worked. When editing images it doesn't show u the image u are cropping so u just have to move it around blindly hoping it's where u want it

Requires you to pay for premium edition after certain amount of uses or time. $1.50 I believe. Otherwise its a great icon editing app.

Would have gave it 5★'s if there was somewhere in the app with detailed instructions or maybe a video on how to fully use the app and all its features.

An amazing app for those of us that want smaller icons without names under them if we would like without having to install a new launcher. One thing that could be changed for the better is under Title name it will not set an icon if you erase the name completely under it so you have to at least put a period or something under the icon for it to accept your changes. Please add an option to completely set icons without any text under them at all leaving your home screen unclutteredand this app will be perfect
