Great app, but no longer works. It seems that the developers have either revoked access for some of the regions, or simply that the app has gone broke. I keep getting the "muggle technology" error, and my internet works fine.

It was amazing when I first got it, now it is ruined. They changed how it looks and now you can't even see old weeklies, as far as I can tell. They would put out packages, I suppose, when you taped them there were polls, quizzes, quotes, stuff like that, and my favorite, little videos/snippets from the movies. That's what the weeklies are. Every weekly would have a topic like, Jinxes and Hexes, Death Eaters, Celebrating Ginny. Now I can't find those. I don't think they make them anymore. 😔

The Patronus quiz is broken I keep on trying to answer but it doesn't work NOTHING is wrong with my internet or storage. It won't work. I'm holding down long, Swiping, Everything. It just doesn't work. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY

Had issues with the Patronus answer selections. Didn't let me choose the options towards the bottom of the screen! Only the first options!

Damn app hardly works. Keeps telling me there are loading issues. Everything else on my phone works so I know it's the app.

This app is the best and I'm A hufflepuff hope you guys continues to make more exciting things on the app. Also guys pls. Fix the Muggle Technology problem I can't access my profile and all that magic pls. Fix this

The concept of the app is great and the content is fun but there are kinds to work out. The new sorting ceremony is cool and the articles are interesting but on some of the articles, the ends of sentences get cut off. Sometimes you can figure it out via context clues, but other times it's like a good chunk is missing so it's hard to tell what was going to be said. Also, it looks like there are places where links should be and they just aren't. Hopefully they work out the kinks soon! Fun app.

The login aspect was fine - although I had forgotten my original passcode, the verification process and reset option went smoothly enough. But onto the app itself. The navigation system is fine, if you know what you're looking for, but I can't for the life of me get the Sorting feature to work. I get past the intro, the camera function and the first question screen and then that's it, nothing. It will neither let me select the answer or confirm it. I'm basically stuck.

I downloaded this just for the Sorting Hat quiz. I've tried taking it a few times, allowing all of the massive file upgrades necessary within the app to do so, however, each time I get to the area to choose the answer for the first question, it doesn't do anything. I tilted my phone as prompted, tapped and held, refreshed, cleared cache, tried again, it stalls at that point every time. My phone meets the requirements (Android), so I'm not sure what else to do besides delete the app. Pity.

I keep trying to take the new sorting quiz, but it keeps crashing. I uninstalled the app for a few days to see if it would change, but it didn't. I got 6 questions in on my first attempt one I reinstalled the app when it crashed. Every time I try to continue it, it takes forever to load, finally gets to the next question, and then immediately crashes.

I like the concept of the app but, it's lacking in performance. It is all around slow. Starting it up takes forever and sometimes it just never does, requiring me to exit out and restart. Once it finally starts it won't necessarily load everything on any given page (ie the first page of the "feed" has never loaded and I still don't know what is it for while the next 3 load up) and then anything you click on takes way too long to load up as well, some of the quizzes don't ever start.

I redid my house quiz out of curiosity - it was a really random quiz, and took a long time to load each question. It came up with a different house, but gave the option of sticking with my original (ravenclaw). I opted to stay with my original, and yet it changed my account to the new house anyway. Hoping it's just a glitch. The quizzes are otherwise pretty good.

Wanted to try out the 'new' sorting quiz but no matter what way I turned my phone to try and get an answer it wouldn't let me. Couldn't even move on from the first question. Thought it might have just been a glitch so got out of the app but nope! 3 times and each time the whole app is really glitchy. Hopefully it gets sorted and more easier to use but for now I'm pretty disappointed with it.

Having the same issue as many others with the sporting ceremony not recognising my phone tilting. The app takes ages to do anything and keeps black screening. It would be such a fantastic app if it didn't have these two problems. Hard to send screen shots of the issue when you would need a video of the phone to show that it doesn't work correctly...

It won't let me sort into a house it just freezes. I'm extremely disappointed in the app. I was so excited for this too. I wanted to get the gold membership but if I can't even take the quiz to get sorted into a house and have a good well Working app, then I don't want to spend 80$ on gold when the biggest part of it is the free ebooks on this app that crashes and doesn't work. Edit: I see others getting help with this. Hopefully you can get it fixed so I can change my review.

Keeps crashing on the sorting ceremony. I do have an old phone with not a huge ton of memory but there should be an option to take the quiz without all the graphics and simplify it so it won't crash!! Edit response: how do I send screenshots of an app crashing? What you want a photo of the app working and then my homescreen? Pointless. Tbh the real fix is to get a new phone but it would help if you made your app more accessible for older phones!

I really love this beautiful app, but the new sorting ceremony was super janky. First of all, I had to take it about 3 times because it kept glitching up. Finally, on the third try, it got to the part where it revealed my house. However, the screen suddenly went black and then exited me out. When I checked my profile was now a ravenclaw. I wanted to keep my original house, which was hufflepuff, but I was not given a choice. I'm really disappointed that I'm no longer hufflepuff.

Looks great and and I love how it is set up. It pulled all my current data from other accounts. However it didn't seem to be working properly. Each cute little box of info will only scroll down half a sentence. So I see the cool title "this day on Halloween in 1992" and I get to scroll down 1/4inch then nothing. Can't tap to open up a section or scroll further. Same for all the boxes when I swipe through them. Not sure how it's supposed to work but pretty sure this isn't it 😖

The sorting will NOT work!!! It keeps crashing and I have to keep picking up where I left off. Then it seemed my house was just about to be announced and then it crashed AGAIN 😣😭 The app just closes instantly. A few times the screen also stalled on black switching between parts of the test. But mostly it just shut down. Please fix soon! 🙏

Very excited for this app but disappointed by the bugs that need worked out. Sign up was a hassle; when i opened email to get verification code, the WW app would start the sign up process over and require a new code. The Sorting Hat doesn't work for me. Every time I try, it says a download is needed, it downloads then begins talking then closes the app every time.

It's a poorly designed app. When trying to access the most crucial features, it just says "unsupported device" with no fallback options (this must be the only app in the world that doesn't support my phone). Also, the app is extremely difficult to navigate. It takes forever to find things because they're not sorted using logic. Rather, everything is in long scroll down lists that don't seem to be in any particular order. It takes longer to find a wordsearch than to finish it.

It's a pretty cool app!! It just glitches a lot. For example, the videos on the feed or in an article will show up green and with purple lines striped accross it. Additionally, the sorting ceremony doesn't work. It's a great idea, but I think it needs time to develop and improve. I hope you can fix the bugs!

The sorting hat quiz completely froze my phone. Did the whole (EXTREMELY buggy) quiz, and when it was time to see my results, my screen just went black and I couldnt do anything. It wouldnt even let me shut my phone off. It took me 10 tries before I finally got the "power off" prompt, and then when it turned back on, my wallpaper had changed to a default image. I deleted immediately. And to top it off, the quiz was a joke. 8 total questions, all just reused from Pottermore. Dont waste your time.

Likes many others i have that the sorting hat quiz wouldnt work the cards are grey,when i tap and hold it doesnt do anything and it wouldn't do anything when i tilt my phone. The other part of the app seem pretty nice though but the sorting quiz seems to be the main aspect of the app EDIT: i wrote an email to them and they were extremely helpful and patient. It turns out that some devices aren't compatible with the interactive features and it wiil tell you that with the new update. 100% now :)

Great app, the quizzes and tests are so fun!

The links and buttons in the app do not work. So you see all the early access and ticket links but cannot click on them in the app. Which makes it kind of pointless. I know they are getting rid of Gold but I can't use any of the benefits through the app at all. Including the early access tickets to the studio tour which is booked up for months. They either need to fix this or just get rid of the app.

S10 user here, love the app and the concept of the app so far, but here's what needs work: feed is hard to navigate and should have a way to skip to the end or at least have pagination. there should be a way to look at only polls, and also the videos freeze when you scrub them and cant even be restarted unless you restart the app. also the app shuts off a lot and sometimes randomly makes you log in again. and if you could, make it compatible with the Samsung navigation bar (make it match color)!

This app is amazing and their customer service is even better! So far the app has been great, only problem was a little glitch in the sorting hat quiz(which is expected, it's a new app). It happened to put me in the wrong house even after I selected the house I've been in for years and spent a lot of money for merch on, but that was no biggie. I contacted help, explained the glitch and that I'd like to stay in the house I've come to accept as my own, and they fixed it! They were very kind too!

I really like the concept, but very few links currently work. The sorting quiz worked well enough, but still very easy to sway the answers to know which house you would end up in. Patronous and wand quiz don't work at all currently though. Should probably get the stuff on the app working before exanding content or platforms.

It's a great app and I love it. Especially the visuals for the sorting quiz, except for the fact that everytime you take the quiz, regardless of answers it sorts you into Slytherin. I even checked and made sure I was choosing the Hufflepuff answers and it still sorted me into Slytherin. Please fix this so my friends and I can be sorted properly using it!
