This app doesn't have a feature to increase or decrease the speed of the video or to download the video! Once if we press the back button the video starts from first again! We cant forward the video or backward it! Overall vid quality is good!
It was annoying that I only had the option to download the app instead of opening up my daughter's class in the browser. No option to set up username/password or other navigation available on my Samsung tablet.
I paid 90 dollars for a course and first day it was a disaster. They had no idea how to rectify the situation and in the end it was firewall issue. They should know these things. Then the sound for me would not work on the laptop even though it did for the first half hour. Tabs were not functioning, and the whole process was totally stressful. Don't know what I just wasted my money on. Could have purchased a book.... would have been more useful
This app requires an update. It feels really dumb to use this. We cannot connect to live class, as the app just fails to work. Morever for recorded class, we even cannot increase the speed to 1.5x and so on. Please update this app asap. The last update was received on 23/05/2018. It has been 9 months!
I tried accessing a joining link to register. In browser I am able to see the join option, but not able to click on it due to the "download app" cover. In app it is not redirected to same page !!!
When I will Join the class, the app stops responding and quits to a blank screen and logs me out of the app. Kindly get back to me with a solution.
After one day this app force you to download this app and after downloading this app doesn't take your password correctly it always denied during log in..... I don't know why this is happening and there's no option for sign up in the application to have new account 🤬😠😠
I didn't find other than 1 star other wise I would give 0 star rating. Worst app never come across. Videos doesn't play.I have mailed support team so many times but no response. Just you developed this app and released. Asked the user to download with forceful. Just hell of work you guys did. Idiots..
Not smooth as WizIQxt desktop. The learner facing problems on mobile not getting 100% screen view. Please mind the improvement.
App inconsistent, there has been no more updates since 2018, can you please update the app, make it more fluent, with dark mode, update the icon? Waiting for a quick update soon.
Need high speed data connection. but gives low quality video and sound. Utterly disappointed.

Its worst ...the app always shows no courses enrolled and the website forces to use the app ....i had to miss one webinar because of this issue...Kindly fix this ASAP
Students cannot interact on whiteboard or see the teacher while using whiteboard... shocked with the mobile and tablet app as most children will be using these methods.... just paid for 3 months as a teacher and very disappointed
Bad very bad ..it keeps on hanging time n again in every 5 mins ..shows a pop-up of cancel or report..its not at all smooth
App seems to work fine but i can't access the discussion forum on the app and the web browser throws me to the app the whole time

Nice platform to teach online. I have earned a lot just because of this Wiziq platfom. The aap is for.the learner for the teacher they give a complete academy.
App is working fine but please give more features on video such as fast forward,offline download

Why video are not working smoothly
Constantly disconnecting and lagging on a stable internet connection. If you pay to take a class and they direct you to use this application i would either get a refund before taking the program or search for alternative options.
