AVOID...AVOID...AVOID using this airline. They are a bunch of thieves. They make themselves look cheap but then it ends up costing you a lot more than the more expensive airlines. I have lost nearly 120€ just like that because of small error and that's how you get looked after. Very unprofessional company and customer service. After really bad experience with I have decided to close my account with them and look to the other side. I hope to never have to use them ever again!

The company became the same crapp as the application! Flights are changed and the customer has to accept without right of objection! The app does not show any information about the changed time. Only in browser works. The app says new version available, Appstore says no update. Booking a rental car over the app is tragedy. You get no confirmation mail about the booking, so I had to initiate a booking again in order to see which was the address to get the car. Hopefully wrote the book number!

Worst app and website! They send you an email with the schedule change which says click on the link to confirm changes. When you click on it it takes you to a page where it says "go to your email to see changes". Infinite loop.. Not to mention you can't call anyone without being charged of you have problems... This airline is a scam!

It doesn't give the opportunity to enter arriving airport and then see from which airports you can fly. Also doesn't give you opportunity to see flexible flights for one month. Otherwise, it has improved the entry of travel data. Now it is saved but just for one passenger. It could be better. Example.. save as many as 10 passengers and than just select who is traveling. That way close family members can be also saved. Don't have to enter all the data every time we travel together.

Bad user experience. Instead of putting the Boarding Pass of the upcoming flight the first thing when you open the app and you are probably in hurry you should navigate through the app and find your boarding pass hardly. Apps shows notification of flight delay but touching the notification just opens the app and goes nowhere. Even the flight info doesn't show the delays. One star because there is this app and one because the app is not that bad to deserve just 1 star.

I have been flying with Wizz for about 3 years and generally for a cheap airline the in-flight service is good. However things have now changed dramatically with this airline, which I'm experiencing and the problem is with customer service and the ability to work through there online platforms, being either Apps and/or internet. It's really become intolerable!! Wizz.... I suggest you employ new "professional"IT people to give consumers service.

Don't think it's cheap airline, they are cheap people paying tricks and setting up traps to steal money in dirty ways. Never ever fly with them it's my sincere advice. They stole 70 manat from us when we came to Baku airport for check in they forced us to do it online that was actually closed. We were trapped to pay 70 manat only to get the boarding pass. Such a dirty way to make money when someone has no other options. First and last worst experience of flying with wizzair. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEN.

Some of the late updates added the "nearby airports" option which ruins the search, it would be useful to toggle it on and off in some cases, not all flights should be considered flexible destination.

The only good thing about this is the cheap prices, but with regards to timing, customer service, cabin crew and booking process it is the worst! I had two experiences with them and both are bad

BEWARE IN CASE OF DELAYED FLIGHTS The app is clearly bugged. If a flight is delayed, and your boarding pass is scanned for example to assign you relief vouchers, the App thinks you have boarded the flight and that the flight has departed! This will make the boarding pass disappear from the APP and since the flight will now be considered in the past, it will be IMPOSSIBLE TO RETRIEVE IT. ALWAYS SAVE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR BOARDING PASS (seems there is no function to add it to google pay) !!!

This airlines is nothing but a huge scam! Please avoid at all costs!!! No contact for customer support for free, you have to pay premium rates and just to be on hold for 78mins. Thats ridiculous! You can't even go to complaints section in the app.

Every single time there is a catch! Super crazy experience with Wizair and since I can not put feedback anywhere, so here it goes. I travel a lot and this is by far THE WORST company in the world in any thinkable way. No matter what you do, read or pay for - they will find a way to milk you for a bit more. As it seems this is their business model.

It's a budget airline, you can't expect comfort and there is none. But one thing that people expect is punctuality. People loose what few free days they have because of wizzair and their unprofessional work. 8 flights that I reserved in the past 2 months have been delayed. All 8. If you can and want to have your vacation at all, use another airline.

Forces you to continuous updates blocking the app and not letting you use in the airport while on a rush. 2019, keeps happening. 2020, keeps happening, not fun when you want to catch a flight. Even worse when abroad and you have to pay extra charges with a forced download. 2021 same. 2022 the same arrogant app behaviour but at least now they understood the harm they make and they let you check boarding cards even when the update is there. 4 years... Nice

Theives! I recently booked my first flight through a third party and I only received an email with the normal details from WizzAir. When I was checking in the airport, I was asked to pay an extra 40€ because I didn't check in online, which was not mentioned in the email that was sent. Online check in is diabled 3 hours prior to the flight. Totally unfair.

The app is as faulty as the webpage. Also, with my last flight I couldn't check in because of the app failure and had to pay at the airport 35£ for airport check-in. I was told that it would be reimbursed but Wizzair replied they don't care and that the airport staff was misinformed. Definitely don't recommend the app or the company. They're a joke. Fly with Ryanair people 👍

Wizzair is totally rip off! Overbooking the flight by 10%, can't get boarding pass through app, and i had to wait 4 hours in the airport as the flight was delayed, to be told i cannot fly (can only find out at the boarding gate when all passangers boarded). This is totally horrendous! They play with people with disrespect, ruining their holidays!

Terrible service. Bought my ticket same day and was not allowed to check in online. So I went to the airport and they did not let me board the airplane even after I had been issued my boarding pass unless a paid them an extra £35 pounds for no reason. I was not able to because I had been robbed a few days prior and I did not have access to my finances. Would not recommend.

Really bad service, does not let you get straight to the point and makes you pay extra for different things. They also couldn't let me withdraw my compensation voucher from a cancelled flight and it expired...

Useless to have an app that has an online check-in feature if in the end you spend 1h waiting at the check-in desk to validate your invalid boarding pass. Also, another useless feature: uploading your green certificate - the Wizz staff don't see uploaded it at the desk.

Whenever I try to view the boarding pass in the app, it just displays the loading indicator forever. I have to restart it on and until it randomly works. And I don't understand why do you need internet access everytime you want to view the boarding pass if you view it at least once. This is so stupid. Just cache it at check-in!!!

When checking in it doesn't show the option to randomly select a seat and not pay for one. I have to do the process from my computer to see it, really annoying.

The app doesn't allow the user to select the currency (at least on Android), rather the prices are always shown in the original currency of the original airport. I don't think I even have to argue on how ridiculous and pathetic (in terms of lazy app development) this is.

Useless app. Cannot sign-in because it takes me as a Bot by always detecting a unusual activity from my side and keeps saying that password or email are incorrect. I tried to reinstall and it has the same issue every time.

Be careful they have trick to get your money. Some time the apps change the date of your flight .so you need to rebook again and that will cost you money. And they have the worst trick to get more money from your bucket by that you must do online check-in 24 hour before your flight and also doing check-in in airport. If you haven't done check-in online the will fine you 30 dollars

It doesn't remember my flights (booking by other person). I have to enter reservation code and surname every time in every tab. What the hell? Basic functionality fails!

Useless if you fly from Romania. This application is not generating Boarding Passes anymore, they force you to queue at the airport for check-in. I will invite everyone in the queue to give 1 star review, as it defeats the purpose of using it.

Sometimes they apply a sneaky temporary price increase during the booking process if you have to re-enter your details before paying. Then after paying the flight prices go back down again afterwards. This is taking advantage of the customer
