I have used this app for several years and have loved it, until the last two or three months. The app will open and appear to be operating, but now I am unable to open anything such as the menu drop down or even scroll between radar, daily forecast, hourly forecast, and etcetera. I've tried un-installing and re-installing, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to uninstall and find another app for my weather needs.
Running very slow lately. From the dropdown menu I'll click daily forecast, and nothing will show up. Radar is very slow to load. You guys seemed to be the most accurate for my area but how it's been the past few months I may move to a different app.
Very Impressed With This App! I gave this app a try a few weeks ago, and I am uninstalling my previous go to weather app. I would consider paying a one time fee to remove the ads, but they are not excessive. Give this a try if you are in the Tri-Cities TN area.
If the weather info would load it would be a decent app. The ads sure can load but not the weather info. Well 15 months later and the app has changed but not for the best! New phone and downloaded the app and it had a new layout and is no better than before, worse actually!!!
It is so bad it's useless. Bring back the old app. Old app was simpler, quicker and easier to use and didn't rush through the radar so fast that you couldn't see it. I will be removing this app until I hear that it's fixed or the old one is back.
Great local app .up to the second local weather with the folks I trust. I uninstalled after the app was changed. They went back to original app and I re-installed
I liked the old app. better. The new one has so many ads it hard to find the weather.
at one time it was great then started to lock up phone, had to uninstall it. now using WCYB it works great. i left a message on WJHL web site but they never got back to me.
I have used this app for a few years and had no issues up until about a month or so ago. It now runs slow and the daily forecast will not load
The old app was great. This one is useless; app will not open. You have to keep re-installing it. BRING back the old version
I loved this app before the update. Don't like the new app. Please put it back like ot was.
Horrible. Old app was much easier to use. Unable to get what I need to know. Uninstallled this. Go back to the old app.
Video forcast plays for about 9 seconds and stops. Had to change to WCYB.
Would not load fully and other times you could not even get it to pull up at all! Disappointed!!!

Something went wrong. It was a great app but now it won't do anything.

Takes too long to install
Keep the old app, if you've got it. I thought that the station had stopped uploading the daily video forecasts. No notification of an app update, either, but I made the mistake of killing off the app so I could reload. Turns out the app *has* been updated and it's terrible. It's just a slow link to their existing website pages. You're better off to load it from your browser and find alert notifications elsewhere. This isn't app design, it's a step back in time; and not in a good way.
