WKBN 27 First News

Fire the person in charge of the last update. They either lied on their resume to y'all, or they're incompetent. Only see half of the article. Freezes, and crashes. When you back out of a story, you're back at the top of the damn page.

Far too many ads. Screen real estate on mobile devices is at a premium. There's 3 or 4 ads visible at most times. The app is completely unusable.

Every single time I open the app and click on any story to read it freezes and I have to close the entire app and reopen again to finish the story (usually multiple times). It's absolutely insulting that you won't fix this.

This app is great and informative. However, in my experience, three things could use a tune up..... 1.The video screen does not rotate to view in portrait mode. 2. The obituary section should continue where a person left off after selecting a certain obituary. It's annoying that you have to start from the beginning of the leading obituary. 3. The video play takes way too long to play. Think about the update guys and thank you.

News app is constantly freezing up! And it sometimes does not show the whole article on a news story.

I loved the app until the last update.. the stories are incomplete, you only get to read the first part of the article then as you scroll down it's blank.

The new app is terrible. Read a story, return to main page, and you habe to start all over. Stories are incomplete and follow-up is rare. Ads pop up so you can't read the story. Videos take forever to load. Its all just steps in the wrong direction. I wish I knew what you had tried to accomplish, but to me it dosen't work.

I like the old app better this app either you got to restart it or you will get half the news so I got to keep going back out and no its not my phone others have talked about the app

WKBN 27 FIRST NEWS is always on top of important news that matters and gets it out extremely quick. News that matters to me and a news team I can depend on.

The new update is not physically appealing. Font size is too small even after choosing the larger option. Even after opening stories unable to adjust character size. Why are you trying to crammed everything onto one page. Stop fixing what wasn't broken!

This new update is trash compared to the old app. The only thing they fixed was the annoying auto play on video/audio. Its far less user friendly and actually provides less content. Bummed out and missing the old version.

App needs alot of work. Crashes randomly. Way too many advertisements. I would rather pay a few dollars than have to be annoyed by ads that pop up over top of the article or video im trying to watch.

Every time I open a story and try to read it, the app crashes. I've reported it many times. But, to no avail, still has problems. Good-bye for now WKBN News app

I love the news, but it keeps crashing when i open a headline!!! Please fix

Great app but live broadcasts are impossible to watch, they stop and buffer constantly. Hopefully that will improve soon. Installed other local news apps and so far this is the best one. 👍

I hate the auto play on every article. The noise is annoying and is distracting when I'm reading the article. If I want to hear the broadcast, I would have watched TV.

Getting better every year. There is more improvements this year for 22 coming.

Used to work fine but now it freezes up when you are reading an article

all your videos have to load every 10 seconds. please take the time to address this mm b no reason what so ever I should have to wait 2 minutes for 10 seconds of video to play every 10 seconds. It's frustrating and I'm about to delete this app because of it

This app is horrible now since it was changed or updated a week or so ago. Doesn't load stories or play videos as it should. I don't know why it was changed. I never had a problem with this app before the change.

I have had this app for years, and now all of a sudden it stopped working...all i get when I open the app is the news logo. I hope this error can be fixed soon

I downloaded twice and both times I got error message that my device is not connected to the internet. All other apps; no problem. 👎

This is a wonderful app and I get everything I need to find out when I'm looking for it. Great 👍

I've always found wkbn apps to be finiky n never can find the tv app on the app store or get it to work once I did find it. Love the news hate trying to access it through anyone of their apps..

There's not enough video coverage of muse occurring or just happened or recently happen every time you click on video nothing pops up and shows up.

i miss seeing Your WKBN over the air. I installed an over the air outside antenna when Direct TV dropped it. Now with the tower being replaced I look forward to seeing it live and on the air again. Having live stream news is valuable to me, thank you.

Every time I click on the app alert to read it. It takes forever to get the page to open and the story usally isn't there

I watch 27 news all the time. The app keeps me up to date when can't watch. Love the weather and alerts also.

Love this app. Get up to the minute news and weather notifications. Best news station around.
