This New version is terrible! Just went thru Hurricane Sally and was not able to keep up with the storm because it required wifi according to pop up. No power no WIFI! Felt helpless. If I could rate it zero I would! Bring back the previous version! Sometimes, "If it ain't broke don't fix it," does apply! At least give us a choice! ...I really don't trust this version if the weather gets bad. Hmmm, doesn't even display the temperature anymore at the top of my phone. 😔

Layout's too busy. I don't like the new NWS alerts. You eliminated my ability to choose what type alerts I want to receive. I only need severe weather alerts, please bring back this option. Having the weekly forecast on one screen made it easier to review. If I needed more detailed information on a particular day I could click it. Scrolling through days is not good for planning. Extremely slow and crashing often. If it's not fixed soon I'm deleting. I can't use an app that crashes when I need it

The new version of this app is not user friendly. Most of the time videos will not load. The radar could be simplified. I do like having More of a breakdown of certain weather aspects that I am trying to view such as precipitation, cloud coverage, and temperature, however the app itself is slow to load and hard to navigate.

Absolutely hate the update. Freezes up constantly and doesn't easily and readily give me what I always used the app for, which was the weather! Using another weather app now and if it isn't fixed soon, I'll be uninstalling although. Even as I type, it won't load and it's completely up to date. Hasn't opened up and given information in several days. 😡

The app WKRG had before was reliable and user friendly. This so-called upgrade is AWFUL. Their splash page says "the most advanced weather technology on the Gulf Coast". It doesn't tell you it's the SLOWEST weather app on the coast. Radar won't load most of the time, the splash page often sits there and never loads the rest of the app. It was unusable during most of the hurricanes/tropical storms. If ever a weather app needed redoing, THIS IS IT! Don't waste your time! WPMI 15s app works great!

I wish I would have never updated this app. It's like going backwards. There was nothing wrong with the last one. The last one when you zoomed in it was like google earth. Now it's not. This app doesn't even want to open most of the time and when it does the play arrow for the radar doesn't work. You're fighting with the app to see your forecast and then the app just closes on you. 🤦‍♀️

I used this app multiple times daily & relied on it. It was easy to use, this update is TERRIBLE!!! Radar is not clear & moves at warp speed. You cant see weekly forcast at a glance. This was the best local weather app! I have to agree with others, you went backwards with this update🤨....sadly I will be deleteing this app as it takes forever to load & just not user friendly. Now to find a reliable weather source for my local area😩

I do NOT like the update! Apparently, nobody does!! I've always relied on your app before this dumb update. The temperature on my notification bar does NOT update unless I tap on it which opens the app, which takes a moment to load; I should not have to do this! Please, please, please put this app back to the way it used to be!! It was so simple and the radar map was way better than this updated one.

I used to have the old version of wkrg weather app and loved it. Now I have the newer version and it takes a while for it to load or it just simply won't load at all. I'm very disappointed in the changes they made . I'm a farmer and depend on this info daily. I've decided to delete it and find another weather app to use.

Prior to this major update, I would have given 5 stars. Now, current temperature on Banner bar is in tiny hard to read text. Radar uses green color for rain on top of a green map. There are actually 3 maps to choose from, but all have green in them. Why make things hard to see? Several other things are annoying me on this new update. Hope they get them worked out so I can update this rating. Disappointing right now

The update is awful. The app often won't open. The radar freezes and the loop is too short. The alerts are vague and generic. And too many ads! The old one was better and more localized than this new app. Learn to leave a good thing alone.

Weak and slow Waist of time waiting for it to load. The popup ad is the main reason it has issues! Dump the ad and it may be worth having. All the reviews are terrible and ignored.

App doesn't seem to know where I'm located.It keeps saying I'm in another town several miles away. This is important for severe weather warnings.Cant find a way to adjust this anywhere in the app.

I'm wishing in our 5-star rating system that our culture has adopted that we include a zero-star rating. You "fixed" something that wasn't broken. I HATE, HATE, HATE the app now. It is so completely counterintuitive. Why is it so hard to view the radar map? And with the new version, my phone kept vibrating twice every time I not only opened the app but every time I simply UNLOCKED MY PHONE!! Please give us back the much more usable previous version, because I uninstalled this app.

The app was great until this last update. Now my weather banner, in my notification bar, is no longer there. I've gone into settings and tried to fix the issue, but I haven't been able to.

The app was very user friendly. The most recent update made it unusable. I cant even locate the hourly forecast and using the future radar is difficult. I've been using this app for 5 years + and I had to move on from it

The old App was Soooo much better. The app takes too long to load. We do not get the future weather radar. It seems like the temperatures are different from other weather sources. It stinks . I am trying to find a replacement.

I loved the old version. This updated one to me, isn't user friendly. It seems crowded, has better radar features. When I sent them a message re it, no response at all. Deleted the app.

Loved this app at first, then it just stopped working. Wouldnt go past the opening screen. Would just freeze there. Love supporting local news stations and getting first hand weather. Please fix!

Used to like the app but now imma have to find a new one because you can't turn off certain setting. I don't need to know when lighting strikes every 5 seconds.

Since the update this app doesn't work. I rely on this for my business. It has become useless since the most recent update. I sure hope it gets back to operating. It crashes immediately. Help us out.

Why did you screw up a great app with this update? It's horrible! It doesn't load more than half the time and when I open my phone it vibrates to notify me of absolutely nothing. I don't know who talked you into this "update" but they should be fired. Uninstalling and going to use NBC 15.

If I could give it no stars, I would ! SLOW because of Greene & Phillips/Andy Critrin ads loading ! Hard to get to the ACTUAL weather for all the ads ! Weather report was not current either. What happened to y'all ?!? I uninstalled. Really like the weather folks. Hate the app !

Ads are purposely timed to make you accidentally click them. This isn't supposed to be allowed by Google Play. The update a while back ruined the app and all feedback since reflects that. They don't seem to care. Fire your app developer!

I was happy because the older version of this app was still working just as it always had. I avoided the update because I liked the way the older version worked. But they forced the update. I'll give it a try I suppose but if it's as bad as they say, I'll dump it. Thanks
