A frustrating experience for sure. Words in articles are cut off. Maybe by the in story ads, but whatever - frustrating. Videos plays without sound when you go to a story, but as soon as you tap to get sound, you have to watch an ad. Alerts don't allow for enough customization, so can be annoying.
I can almost forgive the ad banners, but having to sit through commercials just to get the temperature or forecast is too much on my phone.
This new version of this app is not user-friendly at all ! It's like a lot of great ideas splattered on a mural. Stuff is everywhere no uniformity. A bit of advice keep it simple let the quality of the article speak for themselves. Most of us log on to get our news not to be wowed with your Pablo Picasso Style app. Not impressed !!
always on top of things like the weather and never uses scare tactics in explaining what is going on. thanks Betsy, Hollie, Matt and Michael you are the best! news is also informative and not sensational. I love the stories that show the good that happens in our area. And best of all Girls in STEM is awesome. My mother was a chemist in the early 1950s so I applaud anything that encourages girls in those fields.
This app stinks. The only alert I have set is for weather but the dumb thing keeps sending me altars for everything under the sun. Also, they need to go back to where you can move the app to micro sd storage or I'll consider getting rid of it.
make it compatible with tablets and tv boxes. Whenever live tv is selected, 3/4 of the screen disappears and unable to see and make selection(s).
A little disappointed in the new app. They took away the Lake Erie forecast part of the weather portion. No more water temps, wind speed/direction and advisories. App for me is just average now, was better before.
HATE the new format. all the news stories titles all run together and it is hard to tell the titles apart. old look was way better and user friendly.
Love the updates you can check it out any time or place. Also like having the weather updates as well especially during tornado season. Betsy keeps us informed without scaring us. Thank you!
3 is my favorite TV news and now a news and weather integrated app that is functional and attractive in appearance. Good work!
I WOULD prefer that Ads come up during scrolling, NOT by sudden pop-ups that alter the scroll position in the text. C'mon!
I've only had it a few days and am pleased. I assigned a notification tone and it doesn't go off constantly like another app I had.
Great improvement over the old version. Along with better broadcasts, they are on a roll.
Channel 3 Cleveland Ohio's NBC affiliate is my favorite News source for both local and national News. No screaming or drama just smooth delivery of what we need more of. Five Star delight and I highly recommend this app!
When watching live newscasts the volume on commercials is so loud yet with volume all the way up the newscast is really low.
Your app is terrible slow freezes up and not as good as the previous one . Your app is even worse maybe you should get a professional to do your site not a amateur.
Do not like the layout. Do not like the huge blocks if advertisement. Do not like that during some clicks it closes the app.
Very slow to load, sometimes have to restart just to make it work faster,love the content but slow..........
Since the update it will not open.Keeps telling me it is installed but whenever I try to open app,it tells me to install.If I could give it zero stars,I would.
Amazing news source with interactive features. Love have a link to my favorite news reporters on the go!

Don't like commercials scrolling at top of screen throughout newscast. Vefy annoying.
Do NOT Like new format...Last one was easier to use...All stations are changing to this unfriendly format... Bad...
too many notifications. I get 1 at least every 20 mins, but guess that's a good thing; to stay updated

Nice to see what's going on in the old hometown. Born and raised, never thought I'd leave. Moved to Florida...where else do us northeast Ohioans go?!?
Great content. Attractive design but hard to get used to new layout.
It has the content I need locally, but it displays in a crowded way, hard to find info sometimes. Also, takes a long time to load. I'm sure the app will improve with some updates. I was frustrated with the slowness and stopped using it, but came back to it for the content.
