Used to be easy to use and the most accurate weather information. Only con was the high battery usage, constantly getting alerts from my phone telling me to put it to sleep to save battery life. *Update: after about 8 months of use, it doesn't work, just frozen at the home screen and I can't click on anything. I've tried uninstalling and downloading again but no luck.

The only reason I didn't rate it lower is because the actual info supplied by the meteorologists is good; the app itself is horrible. WEEKS AGO I emailed via the help/feedback option as the weather banner/temp keeps vanishing with seemingly no rhyme or reason to it. I even tried again after abt 10 days to get an update. I've installed channel 19's app & it works flawlessly so its not my phone. Info, maps, etc...just disappear!!

Today is May 15, 2021 and until 2 or 3 days ago I've had no complaints using this app. However, in the past few days the font used on the maps (lettered in white) is now extremely blurred. You cannot read any of the city names clearly - at all😩. I hope this will be corrected as soon as possible; because this flaw detracts from the effectiveness of using the app.

The app does not load. The ads ar the top are still running but that is it. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting phone, reinstalling and still the same result. Map shows radar and no data otherwise at the bottom or when I hit a tab at the bottom.

Maybe this works in Cleveland, but in the surrounding areas the forecast was always 5 degrees too high. The weird part was that the hourly forecast was pretty accurate, but it seems the main forecast used some sort of different data source.

Used to be able to see all the notifications and accurate weather wherever I went. Today, raining outside while out of State and this app shows nothing. The new update was terrible. Changed my trust in having accurate weather wherever I am, even at home in Ohio.

This app was working good for about a year but not anymore. It won't load the weather info. I uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times in the last 2 days but it still doesn't work. Time to get a better weather app.

Please bring the old app back. This is not user friendly. Prior to the update I could click on the app and know within seconds if there was inclement weather coming. Now all I can see is lightening strikes. There is no longer green, yellow or red anywhere to show a storm. Not good. I will be finding a new weather app.

A few years ago, I would have given this app four or five stars. Now, it seems like it takes five plus minutes to actually load relevant data. Of course, the ad banner at the top loads just fine. I would give this app one star if it wasn't free.

The new map software update is extremely taxing on my phone compared to the previous brand software. I don't use the app much anymore because it can't be done quickly. I just can't get a quick update from it anymore.

This app actually works better on my phone than the version made by Tegna for other TV stations, but of the 2 widgets available (both are size 2 X 2) the first one in the list doesn't work but the second does work.

Have always liked using it but since the last update it's been a huge drain on battery life. Battery used to last two days between charges, now it doesn't even last a day. This app is listed as the biggest drain at nearly 75% of battery usage

Bernice if the app had more than 1 or 2 daily weather forecast videos a week like before.

Still not working. Re-installed it. Same thing. Won't load weather info or radar. Tried deleting it and installing other Cleveland apps. They won't download info either. I was using this app for years. What's up?

Gives just what you need, and no carbon unit standing in front of the maps!

I had this app for years. Had to uninstall due to it constantly crashing. Reported it too many times to count, but never heard back like I had in the past.

App was fine before the latest update, features I liked are gone. Do not like the radar that's on now. I know my feedback will do no good but here it is anyway. Good luck on getting a higher rating. 😦Not crashing as much but everything else is true. 😣

After days of trying to get it to work, finally giving up. Not sure what they did to it, but now only adds work. Should have read the other reviews before I wasted my time trying to reinstall. From Great to Garbage overnight.

App is now TRASH, if you need the weather this is not the app to rely on. Ads sure as heck run fine, but never shows daily weather or radar unless you wait about 5 min then all data will load. This app is UNUSABLE. Save your time and get the weather app. I've used this app for 10 years. Its now garbage

On the last ipdate changed the color on the bottom of the app. blue on light gray cant see the menu hourly daily ect black on white would be better.

Good app. The problem was I could not look at future radar and I am not sure what the use is of past radar. Looked around, downloaded stormtracker 5 app and its the same exact app, except this one works properly. Sorry Betsy!

So you made the icon ugly but couldn't change the lettering at the bottom inside the app? The light gray type on a light blue background is nearly impossible for me to see. So annoying.

Ver 5.2.700 is broken. Takes much too long to load/ refresh 'home' map and daily or hourly toggles. Very disappointing.... I'd like previous version back
