I get the notifications but they never open. Page just sits there. Same thing happens when I go to the app. This is not a new problem. Wish someone could fix it!

the newest design is terrible. takes an extra step to view latest headlines as compared to the previous version. this new version is slower and when reading an article it occasionally goes to a white screen which forces the user to hit back. which then takes you back to the top of the article list so you have to scroll back through all you've just read just to find the article again. very frustrating. WLOX can do better.

Almost unusable with the ads... every time I open an article the screen turns white and I have to go back to the main page of the app. I usually try this two or three times to see if it will ever work but no. Then I usually just go do something else instead. This app really needs to be fixed.

This app is awful. Now that it has been updated, stories don't come up when you click on them. Majority of the time,, if i click on a story, it comes up with a white screen. Then i have to go back and click it again hoping it will come up. It is a very frustrating app. WORST APP EVER!

Don't like the update. Was my go to news app until the layout change after last update. Too unorganized, click on some stories and a video plays with no video symbol before you click. And there are video segments mixed in with normal reading stories. I don't use my other local news app because it has this layout, now i have no local news bc im not going to use this either. Also it needs option to stop autoplay of ads and videos.

I only got the wlox news app just for the weather only. It doesn't give enough weather information. All it focuses is on the news which is fine. A lot of people want to be informed about the covid-19 pandemic which is their right but I'm at a point where I just stop watching wlox news, it's just too much stress. Don't install this app.

The app was great until the last update . Changed the whole format , it's so confusing now , what's real news, what's ads ? Where's my local news ? Where's national ? It's so hard to use and when I do click on a story , I have 2 seconds to read before it blanks to white screen and I have to go back and redo everything !!! I wish yall had left it alone

Irritating! When I am in a restaurant or other public place and want to READ the news and do not request to see a video, a commercial often blares out of my phone. And if I leave the app and comes back it blares again. It's annoying to me and those around me. I just want to read the news without disturbing those around me. Uninstalled.

Great Local News Station Been Watching It For 15+ Years😊. NEW UPDATE IS NOT LOADING STORIES AND GOES TO BLANK WHITE SCREEN WITH LINES. I Absolutely, Loved this application. I'm going to try uninstalling and reinstalling. Maybe, that will take care of my issue. I would like to be able to continue to uttalize this application. It was awesome and I enjoy it very much.

Ever since the update two days ago, app keeps crashing? to a white screen. Click on news, pick and start reading an article and then it eventually goes to an all white screen. Hit the back key and start all over.

The updated app is pretty horrible. Takes forever to load on LTE connection and sometimes 30 seconds or longer on a fast wifi connection. I want the old version back so badly. Please fix!!!

The new update is terrible. The format is very off-putting and needlessly complicated. I used this app several times a day until the update now I don't even open it at all. Honestly I hate the changes. Please go back to the previous format.

Great until the update. Now, while reading the screen just goes white and you have to continually go back to the main screen and hope you can keep reading before it goes white again.

I agree with the other reviews. Since the update the app is not worth using. Takes forever to load, if it does at all, and 2 lines into a story the screen goes white.

They are a very one sided news source. Other stations give more of a variety and non-biased perspective. Gray Television needs to do better, no journalism integrity and losing great anchors.

The latest update has made the app almost inoperable, doesn't load and crashes when checking the weather or any other link. Update: Dec 18, 21 No new update, no bug fixes, still just laggin' along like it's at a crawfish boil.

Terrible app since April 2021 update, UI requires more clicks to get news stories, won't load stories and white screen if they do, incredibly slowed down, videos auto-play, and ads are more intrusive and sold to anyone willing to pay.

Too many ads. The old app worked alot better. Too much navigating to get to the news. By the time its located there's no need to read it.

Really do not like the new app, what with the slowness in opening the app, then a stupid ad to deal with. Nope! Think I'll just download the newspaper app instead.

It socks majorly, I keep it so when I see breaking news I can go to website to view. I've just read all the news and still waiting on the app to open it. Sad 😔 just sad 😔.

Lately every time I try to pull up an article it acts like the article will not load. Not happy about this change in the app. Please fix I am in the process of deleting this app.

I will be in the middle of reading a story and the story disappears. I have to constantly click the news tab again and then try to find the story again. This happens every day .

I liked the app the way it was before. Now it freezes up all the time & is not as easy to navigate. Don't understand why people have to fix things that aren't broken!

Hate the update! Cant read any of the articles without blank screen showing up and under the LOCAL News tab; guess there is just as many National news articles as Local news artcles! Will uninstall!

This app used to be great. But the way it is now is terrible. It's super slow to open. Its borderline worth uninstalling. Please fix it.

What happened to your Wlox Weather App? Mine stopped working & when I went to look for it in Play Store, it's not there. Only thing that shows is the Wlox News App.

New app is garbage....all articles look like those click bait "gotcha" adds....Man opens box found in basement....you won't believe what happens next. Will delete this app.

Difficult to navigate. App keeps going blank. Stories are not lined up per relevance like old app.
