Recently changed phones and noticed my Samsung music app wasn't playing most of my music. My online purchases worked but not the CD music I ripped on my PC. I discovered the CD music wasn't formatted to MP3 and the newer phones seem to require that. This app did a great job of converting my music. I would have given it 5 stars but had a few glitches (probably because I'm not all that tech savvy.) I'm very glad I found this app. 🙂

I have been struggling to find something that would enable me to play my music library downloaded in WMA format on my new phone. This app easily converts the WMA files to MP3. I particularly like the batch convert and have converted more than 20 albums in a single batch. I also like the ability to choose the output file destination. I downloaded the original library to the phone internal memory and save the output MP3 files to the SD card so should make it easy to delete the original WMA files.

After much searching came across this "free" (with ads) app and after initially being put off by many poor reviews, decided to give it a go. It pays you to have a bit of patience (not all is obvious) but I've been impressed and have now converted several WMA music files to MP3 format. So my recommendation is that give it a go and your perseverance will be rewarded. No complaints and 5*.

This was the third app I used to try and convert my wma files and the first one that worked. It is a bit tricky to figure out at first, but with trial and error I was able to convert whole albums with ease. I have a lot of files to convert, but this is the easiest app for doing so and the quality of the songs are maintained. If it were easier to figure out I would give it five stars.

I finally figured out how to use this app, I also learned somethings about it, 1. even though you can see music on a USB thumb drive on an OTG port, you cant do anything with it until you move the music using your phones application to move it into local memory. 2. each mp3 song has a long string of numbers added to the title, that I have to individually delete.... what's with this? 3 then you have to go back and manually remove the WMA files. I will make it 5 stars if its fixed.

Converts fine, but user interface is terrible. 1. Batch doesn't stay in last folder used,so you have to reselect down from root each time for each file. So batch is worthless 2. Shows all the wma files in "files" ,but each has to be selected one at a time. Would take hours/daysto navigate any any amount of files. 3. Should have a setting to just convert them into same folder as source, which is what anyone with already ripped files would want.

Not user friendly at all. Keeps giving me the option to save in whatever files I choose, but after conversion is said to be complete the file is nowhere to be found. When I let the software pick the file, it appears only within the program but can't be transferred to my music files. This is useless and pointless. Uninstalled.

Converted all my wma format music to mp3 with no issues. The reason for the 4 star verses a 5 is that there are way too many ads. Ads played after every single conversion request. Not only that but it was usually the same ad multiple times in a row.

Using the galaxy fold 3 and i see that wma is no longer being supported so I'm having to convert my audio files appropriately and this is very easy to use and love it the only issue that is holding back from a solid 5 star rating is that is doesn't see all my music for some reason and everything is stored in the same directory and there is no real way to search so about several albums or so i have to use vlc

Did the trick. No ads. Simple to use, converted files fast, and worked like a charm. It's a joke a brand new Galaxy Z Fold 3 won't play my WMA files. I'll definitely recommend this app. Use it and get back to jamming to your favorite tunes...

Does a reasonable job., just a bit clunky to use. Thank you for providing the app would miss out on a lot of my old music without it. Not many new players cope with wma files.

It did what I needed it to. I had issues with Batch and Album, but I only had a few songs to convert. I accessed music files in Storage. Identified WMA music files and opened them with WMA app. Files converted in seconds.

Worked great!!!! Easy to choose files to convert and pretty fast conversion. My Music player no longer supported WMA files and needed to change to MP3. I would recommend this APP big time.

This is an excellent converter. It's very simple and intuitive to use. The sound quality is excellent. I changed the output directory but other than that I leave the options on the default settings. This is the only WMA converter I need or will use.

Works very well but the batch converter is very bugged. I selected 7 songs from an album and came back to find that it had converted 2 and stopped. Would rate it 5 stars if this was fixed. Otherwise great app.

I was struggling with this awful Samsung s21 phone. My wma could not convert until I found this app. I have rare priceless albums. Moving all to mp3 smoothly and sound great. The 3 bucks spent here has saved me thousands! Thank you so much!

Very lovely UI... It preserves quality as well, compared to most other converters I've seen, and as for ads... What ads?.. they're barely noticeable and doesn't impact functionality or UX at all... Kudos to the developer ❤️

Very nice and comfortable to use. It makes conversion of your audios possible, and the best part is, its cheap and free. I can convert my audios at my own convenience now.

Bought a new phone (samsung) and music was transferred across by salesman. Neglected to tell me WMA no longer supposed by Samsung Music. Phone provider no help; take it to a shop. Checked music and all those that wouldn't play format was WMA. Converter to MP3 worked a treat and I am a happy 66yo . Thanks

Does not work on Honor 10 Lite or Huawei P Smart. Files cannot be selected either from internal storage or external SD card. Left with error messages such as 'please select at least one .wma file first'. Single conversion and Batch conversion, neither work.

You have to trawl through all your music to find the wma files you want to convert. That is madness and would take a crazy amount of time if you have a big collection! If the developers put in a search option for wma files this app might be useful
