Not real crazy for the new app update. The old one was fair but this one isn't even as good as the old. Keeps freezing, too many ads, can't tell what is news and what is junk. I honestly am ready to just remove it but keep holding out in hopes that they will get the kinks worked out.
Ads make it unusable. Pop up ads (some with content I wouldn't want my kids to see) that if you back out, it closes the app. I tried but I'm done. I'll go to a different news source.
I hate this new app. Keeps crashing and takes forever to load. The old app worked like a charm. Never had issues. Please fix this or I am uninstalling.
Im on T-mobile. Wont load content without wifi in Cherry Grove area. Also...When you post Tornado alerts and i open, Seeing a full page ad over content is A BAD IDEA. Urgent weather content should be off limits for ads. i uninstalled app because its not helping me stay safe during storms.
Have used this ap for years. After most recent update I'll find another source for local news. Terrible! Keeps freezing and closing while reading an article.
Initial sceen takes too long to go to news. Also locks up when changing to expanded screen. Pictures won't enlarge. App is terrible!
Used to be a good app, but it went bad last year. Looks like an early 2000s horrible website with tons of ads.
4/21 update. App takes firever to load a blank white screen, or just crashes. 2020 -Lots of ads and they cover the content. Couldnt submit pics or vids of storm because upload button didnt work and ads covered bottom of it.
The new app is terrible. It takes forever to upload, to many ads and to damn slow. Very upset.
Stories disappear and the stories do not rotate. Often have difficulty locating a story to check on it.
Terrible load times. Old app was better. This new format is awful. Makes me want to use another news channel app instead.
I rely on thus app and lived it up to 5 days ago. The app keeps stopping halfway through reading the articles. So frustrating!
This new update is horrible. Phone app crashes everytime I get to the 2nd article to read.
This is actually worse than you can imagine. Basically it gives a lead sort of. Asks you to stay tuned and never follows up. Grade school journalism at its worst. You might find out who stole the milk tokens though... If you stay tuned... "Worst News Ever"
Slow opening if it opens. Ad blocks main screen. Last update ruined app
You once had the best app by far, now with all the blotware and advertising, it close to unusable
Cant read a news article cause when open a news article and start reading it the page goes white and nothing else happens
Since the update app does not function correctly for reading articles...esp the breaking news...
Hate the update can't make sense of anything. Couldn't just leave well enough alone with the old app

This app has pop-up ads!!! When I click on a link to read news, an ad pops up. This is frustrating... Update. 11-11-20, the ads have gotten worse. Everytime I click on the weather tab to view the weather, a LOUD ad plays. WMBF really messed this service up thru selling LOUD ads that run for an average 5 seconds before you're allowed to "X" off the ad. It's ridiculous.
