My phone downloaded the newest android software update KitKat 4.4.2. The WMS mobile app had to be reinstalled into my phone. I believe I installed WMS 2.2. The fonts are now huge. To big to use comfortably. There is no way for my Login/password to be saved. And the fonts on the list of deliveries seem to be so big that they over lay each other and block out info that I need. I'm guessing the developers of the WMS software are going to have to fix this. Having to sign in every time I use the app is a little dangerous while driving. I tried to change my font size in settings on the phone ,,, but it was no help.
Crashes your device constantly. Baggage reappears days after delivery. Not very user friendly, always have to spend time on unassigning deliveries I never selected.
Crashes, freezes phone, data hog, cuts off text on screen, non-intuitive commands. AWFUL app
When you are wondering where mishandled or lost is found. These guys are on top of it. The website is great tool to find your bag(s).
This app we have a lot of time because it doesn't update the way it should. I constantly have to enter information more than once. Very frustrating!
Why is this necessary?? If the passenger is happy and doesn't complain then all is good. Plus data rates to Canada are crazy. Just one more expense passed on to the driver
Could use an update. Old BDOs linger for days.
This app fails on a consistent basis can't update when app has been updated glitches out BDO s that reappear after they have been closed out and it takes multiple attempts to close out bdos help please

more force closing since the last update I cannot open the application with out manually force closing the application it's always ask for a reason why I am late and I am usually never late it would be nice to read more information on passenger before luggage pickup maybe name telephone number and destination I also have no way to erase my email on the application instead of sending it via email it would be nice to send it via text message we would get it a lot faster thank you
Its takes alot of data and its slow come on guys make it take less data and go faster. the green number is gone from the system but there are bags in the system. I am a driver dave
Use it every day.....it crashes every single day. Usually have to enter through the market to jump start app again. When it works, it works well.
Its great!!!! The only complaint is its slow from the phl drivers. Maybe a tweak or two will make it perfect.
If only they would allow a negative star rating!! App constantly freezes and locks up. No option to force close and reopen... Must completely uninstall and reinstall to login, and even that only works maybe once every 20 reinstalls!! Makes it nearly impossible to do my job. By far the WORST app I have EVER had to use!
this app seems like it was written in chalk. it barely gets simple tasks accomplished and it looks terrible from the icon all the way to background and buttons. It kills my battery with its always open data connection. it seems like its nothing more than a glorified hotlink to the mobile web site. lots of room for improvement. and i have to reinstall it at least 3 times a week due to force closing and just sitting on a white screen.BUT it is still way better than having to call the bags in!!
If you have issues its your service area usually and if that's not it I would guess it is your out of date phone or your lanky provider. I give 5 stars
if you don't lock out after every time the gps is a data hog,that's if it doesn't freeze
works some of the time but it needs a new update it is still having problems loading and old BDOs linger for days still
This is a terrible application. I haven't seen programming this lazy since freshman year in college! Crashes all the time, horrible computer support. Just worthless! If I wasn't required to use this I wouldn't! Absolute trash.

This app makes the job more difficult. It drains the battery using GPS and stays running. It force closed a lot, and is a memory hog. It also will not work unless you have a good 3g signal, otherwise it stays on,loading. This app needs to be completely overhauled.
